Jeanne Dailey co-founded Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. in Destin, Florida in 1985, and became sole owner of the growing company in 1988. She has since led Newman-Dailey to become one of the most successful companies along Florida’s Emerald Coast, specializing in resort rentals, sales and management in Destin and South Walton. In addition, Newman-Dailey consistently ranks in the top 10% of agencies and three of its agents were listed in the top 10% of real estate agents as reported by ECAR.

Newman-Dailey also has a fully-staffed association management division, which currently manages 27 associations, from large properties of approximately 300 units, to smaller communities of eight units; 14 of which have been managed from their inception.
