Diane Green joins Newman-Dailey’s Real Estate Sales division

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Diane Green to the company’s team of real estate sales agents.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Diane’s family owned a summer home on the water at the Jersey Shore. “Growing up on the water gets into your soul, you find yourself yearning to see the coast when away”. Being landlocked for almost half of her adult life in Nashville and Atlanta, Diane first discovered Destin in 1990 and knew someday she would call it home. Many vacations later, Diane turned the Emerald Coast into her “Stay-Cation” and moved here permanently in 2005.

Diane’s passion is boating and fishing, and when she is on dry land, she enjoys tennis, golf and anything to do with the peaceful beaches here in South Walton. Diane has two adult girls, one seaworthy in Destin, the other enjoying the big city of Atlanta.

She has worked all facets of the Real Estate Market and has held an active license for the past thirty years in Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. She currently holds active Broker Licenses in Florida and Georgia. She has recognitions in the Million Dollar Club of Nashville Board of Realtors, she’s holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist Designation), and is a  Life Member of the Atlanta Board-Million Dollar Club Member, and Sales and Marketing Council-Million Dollar Club Member.

She is a Certified Short Sale and REO Specialist and member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and a member of the Equator REO and Short Sale.
