......This is just a brief note to say "Thank You & to your support staff!"......My wife & I are Canadian Snow Birds & love Destin......Last year we chose Newman-Dailey & had to cancel because my wife had medical problems - Your Betty Kazek was the absolute best.......This year Betty worked with us again & we are staying in your Chrystal Shores Property "Day Dream".....Once again, Betty was the "Ultimate" at making our arrangements happen!!.......From the time we arrived in your office, your staff treated us like "Royalty".......Dawn, Amy, Eddie etc - We even got to hug Betty :o).......Initially we had 4 issues & Amy addressed every one of them before we could even blink!!.....In the service business, you always hear complaints, but seldom hear praise!!......The reason behind this note is to say "THANKS" and ask that you pass our feelings on to all of your staff!!......We are totally impressed with "ND"

Our choice of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties for our vacation site was a random one and we do not think that we could have done any better with months of planning. The Trinidad House was a perfect match for our needs -- everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly and I am still getting positive comments about the house itself and its location in Destin. This was a Family Reunion -- the first we have ever had and it was a good one. It also coincided with Mrs. Kirk's and My 56th Wedding Anniversary, and Mrs. Kirk's and our Son's Birthday, so it was a combination party that all enjoyed. We hope to repeat next year!

You couldn’t have picked a better unit for our weekend escape! We weren’t ready to leave. Jade East and the location of this unit and décor were absolutely fabulous! I can truly say “I like Newman-Dailey Resort Properties” on facebook!
I will also commend your front desk staff at the main (Debbie) and also Jessica at Jade East. We were just sorry the hot tub wasn’t working – understand they are draining the pool for maintenance – it is that time of year when you have the least amount of guests to schedule annual maintenance.

Stayed at Beach Resort Unit 310 the first week of October. Loved the condo. This was my second year at the condo in October. Beautiful condo, great view, best pool in the area! Only .2 mile walk to beach access. Only .7 mile walk to one of our favorite restaurants, Pompano Joe's. Thanks for such a great place to stay - - we will definitely be back!

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed Jade East #1740. Not having to keep up with a key, the carpet was wonderful, the space, the deco...it was awesome! And it was such a nice surprise to receive so many complimentary items...beach chairs, umberella, tickets to the track, ticket to Big Kahuna's. The young lady at the office was so nice! This was my best experiece yet and I've been going to the beach for 20+ years. ...gulf shores, panama city, pensacola, this was the best!

I just wanted to say that I commend you guys on your vacation property. We stayed at the Crystal Village condo unit 20B; I must say that the stay was excellent. The unit was well kept and very clean- everything that we needed was right there and the price was not bad. I would highly recommend this property to friends. I stayed at Jade East Towers. I went to the beach all 3 days and did not see anything out of the ordinary. The white beach and emerald water is as perfect as ever and it upsets me to hear reports that the beaches here are "dirty" from the oil now. We had an AWESOME time!!!

I just wanted to say that my family is praying for you and the tragic oil spill situation in the Gulf. I also want to thank you for putting together the policy that would allow a refund in the case of beach closure. We are scheduled to visit your lovely beach at the end of July, and will continue to pray that the leak will be plugged and the clean up successful. Thanks again for putting our mind at ease about the refund. We realize that this could be potentially burdensome to your company, but it shows that you have character and ethics and we will continue to praise and recommend Newman Dailey to all of our friends and family. Several families are meeting at Summer Breeze and we can't wait! About 10 years ago we met at the beach - at the time we rented at Summerspell next door to Summer Breeze. We have kept the tradition of meeting in late May or early June every year. Our children have grown from toddlers to teenages. Each year we take a lot of photos while sitting on the beach and playing in the sand. I will bring some of the group shots with me to show you when I see you again. Other families have joined us from time to time and we always stay in the same location because of the easy access to the beach and the family friendly package that Newman-Dailey offers.
