We were very pleased with our cottage. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was loaded with just about anything we could have needed. The master bed was very comfortable. The screened in patio was used all the time for eating and relaxing. One negative was that there were rips in a few of the screens that I would have liked to have kept open, but did not want bugs flying in. People we met were all very helpful and friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the run down condition of the whirlpool outside (by the pool) The jets in the whirlpool were weak and not very numerous, but the pool itself was well kept and clean. All in all, the stay was safe, clean and we had a lovely time. Hope to return some day to the best sandy beach!!

Think it would have been even more enjoyable if it hadn't been spring break week for some of the guests. But that was the reason I was there, to be with my grandkids.

We had plenty of room in the unit to spread out. We enjoyed th fully stocked kitchen and having the washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus. The professionals in the tennis center were wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. We are anxious to return next year.

We stayed 3 months. The resort is heavily forested shielding out the sun.That requires going a short distance to a pool
Or to the beach for direct sun.
The highway 98 access is heavily traveled and difficult
To enter, coming or going. Hidden Dunes Resort is
well managed and they respond quickly to any needed
services or requests.

Unit 146 in Hidden Dunes has a very pleasant decor, has been maintained very well and is fully supplied with just
about everything we could have hoped for. We loved the
'living in the woods" feel. Donna was very responsive to
any request or problem. This was our first visit to Hidden Dunes, but we were really impressed with the design, layout, maintenance, upkeep and the many little
water features sprinkled around the grounds. We would certainly recommend Hidden Dunes and Newman-Daily Resorts. Thank you for providing a very pleasant experience.

The first thing we have to say is this is a wonderful home for all of us! There is everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! After a long driving to be here,finally we had a very comfortable stay in this nice & cozy home. Thank you so much for providing all of the little things that work so well with our family. Nice, clean, quiet and private resort. This is the perfect location for shopping and eating, everything is very close.

Unit 195 is a great place to stay. We loved having three full bathrooms, and everything was clean and in good shape. My kids loved the pools, and it was so nice not to have to cross the street to get to the beach! Please continue to offer free beach umbrella for each day of stay--that was huge for us.

Very spacious and convenient. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to be. The only drawback were the occupants upstairs. They seemed to run laps from 7 - 9 am every morning!

We always love going to Hidden Dunes. This was the 1st time we used Newman Dailey. Everything was as expected. Nice unit. The beach and the pools are great. Really enjoyed having the "perks" card for beach chairs movie rentals, mini golf etc. The only 2 suggestions are to have the welcome pack in the condo and take look at kitchen utensils. We arrived late and went to the store and ended up getting dish soap and dish detergent which weren't needed because of the welcome pack. Some of the knives and other items were not so great. I know they are rentals but your renters are not the types to trash stuff.
Regardless a great vacation and we will be back.

This was our second trip to Hidden Dunes. On this trip we stayed over Labor Day weekend (along with Tropical Storm Lee). We were notified on our way down that the cottage we reserved had some maintenance issues, but the staff quickly found a replacement for us. Even though the weather conditions were not perfect for the beach, we still had a great time hanging out by the pool. All of the beautiful foliage helped block a majority of the wind. Hoping we can plan a third trip soon!

Booked through bookit.com and the agent said the condo was a beach front condo, and when we arrived this wasn't so, other than that the beach was wonderful. the condo was nice but it wasn't beach front like prommised.

We're back!! What a wonderful week. The weather was great, hanging on the beach was awesome. The boys found a hermit crab, "Hermi", and we will see if he makes it back home. Both boys caught a bucketful of crabs all by themselves. Thank you for allowing us this wonderful opportunity to stay in your condo. Many memories are made here.

Thanks for letting us stay in Hidden Dunes Cottage 200. We had a great time and enjoyed each others company. My boys went to a tennis clinic and are now insisting they both must have tennis racquets. This is a great resort and we had good weather. Hopefully we can come back next year.

I was very satisfied with our condo.It was very nice and spacious and clean. We all liked the size of the pool. The one thing I was disappointed in was the distance from our condo to the beach. In the photos it looked much closer! The photos were alittle disciveing. It was nice to have the golf cart service and the man driving was very nice. But I learned to ask more detailed questions next time I make any reservations anywhere.

This was my first ever stay here, as a matter of fact it was my first ever vacation
outside of staying at a hotel. From the first phone call to book my stay right through
to my arrival and check in the experience was smooth and hassle free and the
people were friendly. The place nfar exceded my expectations and hopes it was
exactly as described and as pictured. I will definitely stay here again or one of there
other properties just to try something different.

We really want to commend Debbie Scott, as your representative. We saw this condo on line and I just couldn't get up the nerve to commit until I talked to her. She was wonderful prior to the stay and while we were there.
We loved the condo and hope to return. It was just right for us, and we love the pines and different trees and bushes, the different pools and hot tubs to give us alternatives when the beach was cold. We loved the beach and the complimentary chairs and umbrella -- the lighted fountains at night.
The traffic was horrendous outside the campus, but it was quiet and neighborly in the campus. The people in the other condos and on the beach were so friendly and obviously loved the place and the other people and liked returning.
There were minor problems with the tv/dvd player in the main room and the refrigerator, but so minor. It was nice to have laundry there and such a clean complete kitchen. There were cockroaches, but they didn't seem all over. Just a few, and we understand that is to be expected in Florida. So we tried to be very careful in clean up not to attract any.
We appreciate everything. Thank you. we would like to come back to HD221! The decorating was perfect for us.
