We had an amazing Spring Break at the Beach Resort Condo with our 2 teens, a 9 year old and a 5 year old. The pools were amazing. So clean and beautifully maintained! Our youngest learned how to swim that week! The short walk to the beach was fine. Took us a day or two to figure out exactly which entrance to use and how to get the beach service. Beach-going for Dummies advice...if we would've read our welcome package or called the office... we would've figured it out quicker! Loved having a key code to get in...everyone knew the code, even the 5 year old learned it fast. So convenient! Having only one pool key was more of an issue. We never asked if we could get a second key but, sure would make things easier! The amenities package motivated us to get out and do more than just the beach or pool. We went on an awesome dolphin cruise (be sure to make reservations). Went golfing 3 days. Loaded up our Tracks card 3 days in a row so that we had enough for all 6 of us to do a go-cart and a round of mini-golf for free on the 3rd day. Enjoyed being close to the Silver Sands Mall and Cheeseburgers in Paradise one rainy day. On our last day at the beach, a pod of dolphins swam up really close. That was cool. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. The on-line photos don't do this condo justice. In real-life, the wall colors are more toned down and blend very well with the decorating. It has a good vibe. We felt very relaxed and at home. We would do it all over again and hope we can go again next year. Forget Disney - this is way more relaxing!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids, the condo was great. Our kids loved the Zero entry pool. The only downside was that beach entrance was further away than we would have liked, so we didn't spend as much time there as we would have liked. It rained quite a bit, and I think if the beach entrance would have been closer, we would have spent more time on the beach. We were afraid of getting caught in the rain, and having to walk too far in the rain.

The condo was great. Great locale and my two kids enjoyed their first time to the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach.

We found this property online. It was our first trip to Destin and our first stay in a condo instead of a hotel. Therefore, we were a little skeptical and unsure of what to expect. However, upon our arrival, we realized that this was a great decision. This condo is really great- fully stocked and nicely decorated!
The views of the pool and beach are great. This condo exceeded our expectations! We are already planning our return trip and hope to stay here again!!

We stayed @ Beach Resort with 5 other groups, so I can say from seeing the other condos, I think ours was one of 2 of the best decorated out of the 5. Only 1 of the 5 was adequately equipped in the kitchen. Not near enough or large enough cooking pots or pans and no skillet screen for bacon. This room is right above the waterfall umbrella @ the pool which is quite loud, okay during the day but would be nice to actually be able to hear the ocean at least at night (which is what we really came for anyway). Master bedroom nice but could use some sort of tiny end table on one side of it, we know space is an issue. Beach gates had issues with the codes half the time causing more walking but we delt. Overall it was a very pretty condo, just would really be nice if they turned the waterfalls off at night so all residents can hear the ocean. Thanks!

We loved the condo, the pictures did not do it justice. The condo was lovely, great location, easy to get to and convenient to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The evening drop box for the keys was easy to use and the instructions were perfect. Stopping by the office to sign paperwork was quick and the office staff was happy to answer all of our questions. Overall, i'd score it a 10+.

The condo was very spacious, especially the bunks, with TV and under bunk storage. Wished that the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs and beach access crosswalk were closer to condo. This was quite a walk. The condo was very clean and nice, pool was great. I would stay there again, but will bring a cart to tote beach things.

Beach Resort 310 was amazing! It was so beautifully decorated. It rained a lot while we were there but we didn't mind because our condo was great! I recommend this room to anyone who wants a great vacation. My condo was a step away from the beach and it also had the best pool on the strip! I will be back!

We had to leave because of the hurricane. Went online to hotels.com, they set us up with
Newman Daily. Orginially, we were not suppose to stay here, but when we checked they had moved us to Beach resort. I am so glad they did. I enjoyed the view, most of all. I would gladly return.
