Beach Resort unit 407

Had a great time. Unit was top notch with a lot of extras...snorkel stuff, board games, etc. Finding the beach access was a little confusing. Another Patron helped us out. Would deal with again. A little confusion with the check in since we arrived after hours. Did not know that we needed to go to the office the next day to get the pool access key. We had pre-paid the whole rental.
It's hard to beat Beach Retreat 407.

We have rented in the Beach Retreat condo complex for a number of years and have been very comfortable in unit 407. It is a lovely unit with a beautiful view and the furnishings are a step above what is in many of the units. We have always loved the easy location, close to shopping and restaurants and the walking path is right outside the building. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is just the best company to deal with in our experience. The staff is knowledgeable, any repairs are handled timely and people go out of their way to assist you with any needs that come up during your stay. I think very highly of them.

The condo was in excellent location with easy access to beaches. It was the best equipped condo that we stayed in at Beach Resort. It was clean - however, the carpet was not the cleanest. If we were to stay for a month or two we would like it to be cleaned. I know that you receive a lot of traffic and it is difficult to attend to everything. Overall, it was a great condo.

We loved the condo and the development has one of the best pools in Destin. We have been coming to Destin for over 20 years and hope to stay in this unit again.

This is a very nice condo in a well-kept resort. Room (407) had a gulf & pool view. We stayed there with our two children (ages 1 and 4). The condo is fully equipped, we did not miss anything. The owner even put in some beach toys for the kids. The pool is very nice and big enough to have lots of fun. At the end of the day I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The beach is just across the road (not much traffic on that road). There are many things to do in Destin, such as the Gulfarium, the Gator Beach (at Fudpucker's) or a dolphin cruise. Off-season, some events are already shut down, such as the water theme park.
The only negative point I can think of is that the pool fountain is running always (day&night;), which is quite noisy: when the balcony's door is closed, you don't hear it inside anymore, but if you like sitting on the balcony at night, you must keep that in mind.

The beauty of the sunrise from our balcony every morning made each day amazing. The place was clean and well-decorated. The pool was awesome! We would love to stay longer, but that is just a dream for now!

We have been coming to Destin since the early 90's love the beach here. Your condo is beautiful and would book here again. Once of the nicest pools we have ever stayed at in Destin. We brought our 5 year old grandson with us and he loved it.

The condo is lovely. This was the base of operations for two families - 9 people and it worked great. This condo was large and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.

Condo was beautiful and had everything wae needed. Beach was great. Destin Commons is nice for shopping. Go at night to see it lit up. We all loved how you couldn't hear anyone next, above, or even outside the condo. It made sleeping a lot easier. Pool was always clean and plenty of chairs. Walk on the beach at night to find crabs. We came with a group of 32 and all the families had a terrific time. We would totally stay another week if we could. The kids loved Joe's Crab Shack. Yummy! My husband went deep sea fishing with friends and had such a fun time. We even had fresh fish to eat that night. Our trip was wonderful and we are coming back next year!!

We had a lovely time staying at your resort and am planning on returning very soon. We again hope to stay in BT407. It was a lovely condo with all the amenities you could ever dream of needing, I think they thought of everything.
We are hoping Newman Dailey can work on some additional discount perks with a more adult theme as many of us travel without little travelers along for the fun. ie; restaurants, shopping discounts, excursions.
But you are doing a wonderful job the condo and grounds were very well kept and taken care of.

The location is great. The home is awesome and has everything you need - accept your clothing and sunblock. Newman Daily Resort staff are very helpful. However, it would be more helpful to have information regarding the entry to the home, parking, exactly where the beach umbrella set ups are located and what gates allow access to the beach. Walking the beach and the strip everyday provides an excellent exercise opportunity. People are so friendly and pleasant. In summary, I loved it and will be back!

This is the second time we've stayed in BT407, and we always love it!
The condo is beautifully decorated, and has a great view. There was some
drama from other occupants, but nothing personal.
We would recommend staying there, and plan to come back soon!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Resort (Condo 407). Oh my goodness, when we first walked in, we were immediately blown away. The decor was just lovely! The condo was extremely clean and had everything available that you could imagine right down to an ice cream maker. The bed in the master bedroom was extra comfy!
We are so happy that we ended up booking through Newman Dailey. They offered so many extra perks which made our vacation one that we will never forget. Thank you so much!

This was our second family vacation to Destin, second time with Newman-Dailey as well. We used ND again because my husband is a golfer and he could play a round of golf each day free of charge. Their Beach Resort property was beautiful! Access to the beach is convenient but the pool could not be beat. The view was phenominal,the accommodations were comfy and the kitchen had all that we needed (all six of us). The kids enjoyed going to the supermarket down the street for free dvd rentals! We know where we will stay on our next trip to Destin - Beach Resort!
