User Friendly because from the first contact to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of our visit, the condo unit was very comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach and the relaxed atomsphere of the experience made for a fun adventure that hopefully will get to be repeated.
This condo was a big disappointment.

This condo has a great location and terrific pool but was filthy and not stocked with the necessities. We were disappointed in seeing the traffic of non renters
using the facilities we had paid for. We have rented at Beach Resort several times and will continue to do so but just not this particular unit.
Newman Dailey has always been pleasant and cooperative with us. Never a problem there.

The staff at Newman-Dailey was very helpful throughout the entire process. From making the reservation until we left, we found every staff member that we encountered to be very helpful, friendly and concerned for our comfort and well-being.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our week there. The decor of the condo was great. If there was a weakness it would be that there was no internet in this unit and the bed in the master was only a queen and not very comfortable. We stayed in another unit last year and it was very comparable except for the things i mentioned. We will definitely come back but probably pick a different unit.

First time staying in this unit and loved it. Great space and appreciated the second bathroom. Pool extremely nice and 9 year old enjoyed swimming after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the morning view from the balcony overlooking the gulf. Only concern might be that someone mentioned woul dbe parking in peak season. We had no problems but don't think all units were rented and if some or all had two cars each - looks like parking coud be an issue. We'll just make sure we come back in May before it gets too crowded!

The condo was very nice. The bunkbeds were great for the kids and the view from the balcony was great. The balcony was huge, with plenty of room. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The heated pool was great. We were very pleased with the condo and Newman Daily and we would definitely consider this condo again.
The only thing that we might change was the parking issue, but other than that it was all good.

This is a wonderfully furnished condo in a great location. The pool area is fabulous and family friendly. The unit had everything we needed.
The only thing that was not clear was the location of beach access. It's a bit of a walk but very doable. Wish that information had been included in our rental information at check-in.
Great place and would highly recommend it.

Our family decided we would take a vacation 2 days before spring break. A friend suggested we book through Newman Dailey Resorts. We did and our vacation was fabulous. Staying at the Beach Resort was affordable(being we booked at the last minute)and enjoyable. We will definitely go back and we will certainly tell a friend.

Beach Resort feels just like its name, a
resort. The pool is awesome, it's right across
from the beach, the rooms are big and our unit
was clean. Another thing we liked about it was
that it's far enough away from the big crowds
and college students, so it made the whole
experience more pleasant for my daughter.
We're definitely staying here again.

MOST INCREDIBLE STAY I HAVE EVER HAD AND I HAVE BEEN EVERYWHERE, WEATHER SUCKED BUT THEY CANT CONTROL THAT MY 4 KIDS LOVED THE BEACH AND THE POOL WAS INCREDIBLE HOT TUB WAS FABULOUS IF YOU DONT THINK YOU WOULD LIKE THE SMELL OF THE GULF OR THE SOUNDS OF THE BEACH STAY HOME AMY IS LIKE A GODDESS LET HER HELP YOU. EVERYTHING YOU NEED RIGHT THERE GO ENJOY AND LET GOD SHOW YOU THE REST.
