We enjoyed our stay in the this condo! We had previously been assigned to another condo close by that was not so nice, we were really happy with the condo, how clean it was and the how complete it was, everything was right there! Close to the beach it was beautiful!

The rooms were emaculate!! There was more room in our condo for more guests than we had anticipated. I will most definately use Newman-Dailey for future vacations.

THE CONDO COMPLEX WAS WONDERFULL GREAT GRILL STATION, POOL, HOT TUB AND OH THE VIEW. THE CONDO 408 WAS ROOMY AND IN GOOD CONDITION THE ONLY PROBLEN WE HAD WAS THAT THE DRYER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY IT TOOK FOREVER TO DRY THE CLOTHS. THE UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE OCEAN POSED GREAT VIEW ON EASTER MORING FOR DALPHIN WATCHING AS WELL AS MORNING BREAKFAST AND COFFEE IN THE OCEAN BREEZE. ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS BEING A MICHIGANDER BRING LOADS OF SUN SCREEN
It was great except for the shower water problem.

Condo was great. Good location.
The water was cold in the one bathroom and someone
came to fix it but adjusted it and then it was too
hot to use. We all just used the one bathroom where the water was fine.
When I called to report that the water was cold
in the one bathroom - whoever took the call acted
like I didn't know what I was talking about.

We have been to Destin and Stayed in a Newman-Dailey resort in the past. We had not stayed at Beach Retreat. It was very nice. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. Check-in was smooth and we especially liked the keyless entry. Thanks for a great stay.

ARE FIRST 4 DAYS AT THE BEACH RETREAT WAS NOT GOOD THE CONDO WAS NOT CLEAN. NO TABLE ON THE BALCONY TO EAT ON. NO LIGHT TO TURN ON .THE SCREEN WAS ALL RIPED OUT. DOGS BARKED ALL NIGHT.WENT POTTY EVERY WHERE. KAREN TOOK SOME MONEY OFF BUT WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THE BEACH RETREAT AGAIN.

Leaving home is sad. But not so sad when we know we have the feeling of "home" when we arrive @ our destination, Beach retreat. For our honeymoon, my wife and I didn't really know what we were expecting, but we sure were suprised to have all the amenities needing to enjoy a full weeks stay. Not only is the stay pleasent, but the staff of Newman-Dailey go all out to make your stay as good as they can offer. They go way beyond the call of duty to offer bonus event just to save you a buck or two. Hey, it helps! That is why we returned for the second time, and the family we brought with us loved it. Thank You all so much Newman-Dailey! We hope to go back soon!

I can't possibly tell you how wonderful everyone at Newman-Dailey Resorts is. They placed me in beautiful condo overlooking the Beach with a great pool and plenty of parking. My condo was super clean and provided me a relaxing few days of rest. But more than that was the service they provided for me throughout my stay there. Everyone of their staff members are people i would consider to be lifelong friends. I look forward to visiting with them for many years to come.

The condo and beach are unbelievable. Both are as close to perfect as you can get. This was our 2nd consecutive year to stay at Beach Retreat and we plan on visiting again real soon. The location couldn't be better you are a short walk from the BEST restaurant on the beach Pompano Joe's. We actually saw dolphins in the ocean while we ate dinner this year. The pool is huge and lots of fun. Here is my BUT: This year some lady who is a owner of one of the condos (she lives on the fourth floor)was very rude to me and my family the first few days we were there. She ran around like she owned the whole property and tried to keep her nose in our business. I didn't like that and it did make this year a little less enjoyable b/c you felt like you were being watched. And trust me we weren't doing a thing wrong that warranted being watched! Other that "mother hen" this is a place that you will absolutely fall in love with.

What a wonderful way to get back your life. The condo was perfect with a spectacular view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was made for easy living. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the place was well maintained. It will be the place I book each year. The Newman Dailey staff are all so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Iam not generally a sand and sun person, but my family is. I found myself so relaxed that I forgot about the heat. A great place to relax, very neat and clean family enviroment. Iwill return.
