Condo was great. Good location. The water was cold in the one bathroom and someone came to fix it but adjusted it and then it was too hot to use. We all just used the one bathroom where the water was fine. When I called to report that the water was cold in the one bathroom - whoever took the call acted like I didn't know what I was talking about.

The worse part is the way you were made to feel about it all. I assure you this was not our intention. It is an unusual situation to have hot water in one bathroom and not in another. ARE FIRST 4 DAYS AT THE BEACH RETREAT WAS NOT GOOD THE CONDO WAS NOT CLEAN. NO TABLE ON THE BALCONY TO EAT ON. NO LIGHT TO TURN ON .THE SCREEN WAS ALL RIPED OUT. DOGS BARKED ALL NIGHT.WENT POTTY EVERY WHERE. KAREN TOOK SOME MONEY OFF BUT WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THE BEACH RETREAT AGAIN.

Leaving home is sad. But not so sad when we know we have the feeling of "home" when we arrive @ our destination, Beach retreat. For our honeymoon, my wife and I didn't really know what we were expecting, but we sure were suprised to have all the amenities needing to enjoy a full weeks stay. Not only is the stay pleasent, but the staff of Newman-Dailey go all out to make your stay as good as they can offer. They go way beyond the call of duty to offer bonus event just to save you a buck or two. Hey, it helps! That is why we returned for the second time, and the family we brought with us loved it. Thank You all so much Newman-Dailey! We hope to go back soon!

I can't possibly tell you how wonderful everyone at Newman-Dailey Resorts is. They placed me in beautiful condo overlooking the Beach with a great pool and plenty of parking. My condo was super clean and provided me a relaxing few days of rest. But more than that was the service they provided for me throughout my stay there. Everyone of their staff members are people i would consider to be lifelong friends. I look forward to visiting with them for many years to come.

The condo and beach are unbelievable. Both are as close to perfect as you can get. This was our 2nd consecutive year to stay at Beach Retreat and we plan on visiting again real soon. The location couldn't be better you are a short walk from the BEST restaurant on the beach Pompano Joe's. We actually saw dolphins in the ocean while we ate dinner this year. The pool is huge and lots of fun. Here is my BUT: This year some lady who is a owner of one of the condos (she lives on the fourth floor)was very rude to me and my family the first few days we were there. She ran around like she owned the whole property and tried to keep her nose in our business. I didn't like that and it did make this year a little less enjoyable b/c you felt like you were being watched. And trust me we weren't doing a thing wrong that warranted being watched! Other that "mother hen" this is a place that you will absolutely fall in love with.

What a wonderful way to get back your life. The condo was perfect with a spectacular view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was made for easy living. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the place was well maintained. It will be the place I book each year. The Newman Dailey staff are all so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Iam not generally a sand and sun person, but my family is. I found myself so relaxed that I forgot about the heat. A great place to relax, very neat and clean family enviroment. Iwill return.

My family and I just returned from our week stay (July 12-July 19) in unit 408. The views from the condo were excellent. Not so much can we say the same about the interior of the condo. There was no water pressure whatsoever the water heater gurgled 24/7 the sleeper sofa mattress was at most an inch thick. My husband and I had to end up sleeping on the bunk beds all week because the sleeper sofa was unsleepable. There were several places on the walls that needed to be repainted the wicker coffee table in the living area was completely broken and there were a few occasions in which we found bugs in our bathtubs. We have stayed in unit 210 and it was wonderful but we will definitely not be staying in unit 408 again.
