Nice but needs a little work

The location of this rental was great but the upstairs air conditioner did not work and got very uncomfortable at night. A few odds and ends were a bit disappointing as well, like door knobs not locking or the towel shelf upstairs was very loose and remotes for the television sets did not work either. Thankfully, we weren't there to sit and watch t.v but to the enjoy the beach so not as big of a deal.
Overall the stay was nice.

it was a very nice condo with helpful owners when we needed it. We really loved the space, having two floors. we had our daughter come with her friend halfway through the week,and there was plenty of room and privacy. thank you

I have been staying at Blue Surf for about 10 years. This is the first time in Unit 15B. The unit is beautifully decorated with a clear view of the ocean. Lots of room; couldn't have ask for better. There were a few small things...many light bulbs were out, some sockets didn't work. The ceiling fan in on BR didn't work but was fixed the day I called in. I definately will stay at Blue Surf in this unit again

the townhouse was convenient location to beach, but it really needed a good cleaning. I'm referring to the bathrooms. Also, the stairs to the second level were neglected as well.
In addition, the comforters on the second level were dirty upon arrival. Your service picked up and did not return. However, blankets were available.
It was great having a washer and dryer (the dryer took forever).

The property was in very good shape. Customer service was very professional and helpful! We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!
