Cabana Club 107

We sere slightly skeptical given the great value, it was summer "off season" though. However, our worries were immediately put to rest as we entered the room. Excluding the slightly outdated decor, the place was in excellent shape, clean, and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen made our stay easier given we had the two little ones, 3 & 6, with us. The private beach was beautiful and clean of debris. Now the only reason I didn't give this property five stars is because the property did not have housekeeping service, which we knew when booking. It would have definitely made the experience more enjoyable, but again, for the price, we won't complain....too much.:) It's one of those services you don't realize its value until it's not present. The Newman-Daily offered amenities card was awesome. If used to it's potential, could easily and realistically save you over $300 at great restaurants, shows, parks. It saved us about a $100. So if you decide not to book through Newman-Daily, I highly recommend you book with a leasing agency that offers the amenities card. Wireless internet connection was available, at a price, $5/day. I would like to have seen that as a complimentary service, but I'll survive. Also, beach service....bring your own umbrella and chairs. It costs $25/day to rent them from 9 to 5. We will definitely return to the Cabana Club and will recommend it to family and friends.

The profesionalism of the Newman-Daily staff is much to be admired. I felt as if there were anything I may have needed it would have been provided. The home is very comfortable, quiet and secure. The location is perfect, close to everything and on a section of the least crouded beach in Destin. We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was exactly what the wife and I needed.

My husband and I have been going to the Destin area every year for over 20 years. This was our first time staying at Cabana Club but it will not be the last. Very spacious and nicely updated. I usually don't like being on the first floor because the view of the water is usually obstructed but not in this unit. Also very easy and secure beach access and wow was the beach beautiful! This is a very good place for middle aged couples who want a nice, quiet, and convenient beach getaway. The service we received was good (they did forget to give us the code for the beach gate but someone gave it to me as I was trying to go out the first day). The fact my husband got free golf from Newman Daily didn't hurt either. I plan to book this place for next summer as soon as I can plan the dates!!

We just spent a week at the Cabana Club #107. The condo is great. It is right on the beach. As soon as you walk off of the balcony you are on the sandy beach! The kitchen is equipped with everything you would ever need. The condo is tastefully decorated. There were plenty of towels for the week and we also enjoyed the washer/dryer because I did not pack a lot of clothes. There is everything you would ever need in the condo. I will for sure stay there again. We thought it was wonderful and we had a fantastic time!

Myself and my family decided last minute to leave town and hit the beach, so that is what we did. We had no reservations so by the time we got to Destin the kids were ready to get out of the car and hit the beach, they didn't have time to search for the perfect place to stay. My mom gave me the phone number to your organization and so in light frusteration I called and the reservationist advised me to just stop by at their local office. So we stopped in and they were able to hook us up with this very nice condo for $100 more than the ramada BUT we were right on the beach and we were in a condo and not a regular hotel room. We were soooo satisfied.. and will return. THANK YOU for making the hardest part of our trip so easy.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cabana Club. It's in a great location and being right on the beach makes it even better. Vacationing in Destin in November is very relaxing and choosing to stay at Cabana Club Condo 107 complemented our visit. We will definitely consider staying there again next year.
