Loosen up and truly relax in the comfortable surroundings of this Destin vacation condo at Ciboney 3012. New living room furniture and decor greet you as you step through the front door.

An open floor plan with a granite countered kitchen which then flows into a spacious dining room and living room eventually ends with patio doors to a private balcony.

Enjoy cool evening breezes and brilliant Florida sunsets from the comfort of your own retreat.  The living room also provides a large flat screen television as well as both bedrooms perfect for catching the game or watching a movie with the family. 

After a refreshing sleep in one of the superbly decorated bedrooms, go exploring!

Do laps in the community pool, play a game of tennis or golf or check out one of Destin’s great restaurants on the shores of the Gulf and just across the street – Pompano Joe’s. Hours of sunshine and soft white sand beneath your feet are waiting!

Too much money for rental

This rental was not worth the 345.00 I paid for it. Everything was okay-but what made it even worse was all of the black spray painted "designs" on the concrete walkway-they were all over the floor and there was no effort underway to clean them up. It was disappointing and I would make sure I did not stay there again! The access to the beach was great and Newman-Dailey management and extras are good-but not impressed with this particular unit. I have stayed with a Newman Dailey property previously and it was great-not so much this one.

Thank you for posting your review. I am sorry this property didn't seem to meet your expectations. This home owner has put great effort into making their vacation home inviting and comfortable. The entire living room set is brand new, the kitchen was completely remodeled & upgraded with granite counters+, and the master bathroom was remodeled & upgraded with a beautiful custom walk-in shower+. The black markings you mention were due to a renovation process they are completing on the exterior railings and walkways. You may have seen the orange construction fencing on the 4th floor as they pulled railings to be sanded and painted. This was not due to lack of effort it was due to the management continuing to keep the property looking the best it can. I wish you had called to inquire about this while you were here so we could have informed you. I hate that you left thinking they didn't care or weren't making an effort. This is a wonderful vacation property and a very popular with our guests due to the economic value and proximity to the beach. We look forward to your next stay with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. The unit was great. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone. We were very happy about the proximity to the beach. We took advantage of the tennis courts and the pool.

really close to everything

we really enjoyed our vacation! The condo is right across from the beach, the condo was beautiful inside, the pool was great. We were a close drive to everything. Drove away from Destin one evening and out of the hustle, found a beautiful quite area, great seafood restaurant, and watch an amazing sunset. The one thing I was disappointed in was that when I picked up my amenity package, I was told that the "free" passes to the multiple attractions could only be used by 1 person per day. So the the boat ride, water park passes, etc that I thought were included were not really any use. I could get one person from my family of 5 in free, ok a 20% discount, but still 80% more than I was expecting to spend. Thus had I done all I told the kids we would do, it would have cost me about $1000-$1500 more than I planned. I complained that that was never explained, and the property management company said that the wording in their paperwork explained it, but I didn't understand it (must have been lawyer talk). But like I said, that was my only complaint. The condo was great, the beach was great, and we still had a wonderful time!! Will try to do this again next time I go to Destin area

Very Fortunate

Over the years I've had the opportunity to take advantage of your many rental units. I've always had the wee bit of apprehension when opening the door the first time. I no longer have any concern whatsoever and to be honest I just can't wait to see what Ron and Sandy have done to their unit. I was not disappointed this year. The master bath has been remodeled with a fully tiled walk in shower. In addition the fixtures are new and very attractive. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to spend the winter here for many reasons. Most importantly Ron and Sandy take an interest in their tenants checking to make sure they are comfortable. I know I'm welcome here and I also know they are constantly striving to keep my winter home away from home up to date in every respect. I would encourage anyone to take advantage of this condominium. Just don't consider January and February. Sincerely, Frank D

New master bath

This unit has just completely remodeled the master bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower and all new fixtures. This work in additon to the upgraded kitchen earlier this year, granite counter tops, new kitchen fixtures, and new bedding makes this is an absolutely fabulous property.

Perfection

I didn't think it was possible to improve on perfection but I do believe you did it. When I walked in the first thing I saw was the TV and quickly realized that was just the the beginning. The counter top is beautiful and the sinks set it off. I can't believe how much brighter the master bedroom is with the new spread. Best wishes to you for a Happy and Prosperous New Year!

This was my third stay at Ciboney. This facility makes for a perfect getaway location. Easy beach access and complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrella)were the selling points for me. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only problem I had was getting my wireless internet to work (however it worked great a Panera's - an easy compromise). I loved the freebies package(DVD rental was a hit). Ciboney has a very convenient location to shopping, grocery, etc, without being in the thick of it all. I'll definately be back next year.

Newman-Dailey employees' are top notch, friendly, informative service providers. We have been doing business with them for about 8 or 10 years now and will continue to contact them for all our Florida vacations. The Ciboney Condo we rented was a nice 2 BD RM / 2 BATH w/washer & dryer in our unit. Loved having all the conveniences of home. The view from our large balcony was not exactly what we expected. I wished we could have seen more of the Gulf from our balcony. We also expected the swimming pool area to be in the court yard and viewable from our balcony (instead it is off the parking lot on the other side of the building.)The Condo location was fine, however we prefer the location of Summer Breeze because of the nice view of the GULF & SWIMMING POOL as well as the very nice public bathroom / bathhouse & handicap ramp to the beach. Three minor things our unit needs to have corrected. 1) Master bath - 1/2 the caulk around tub was mildewed and needed replacing. 2.) Second bedroom - when we arrived the closet doors were off the track. 3.) The AD for this particular unit advertised a "JACUZZI TUB". (Never did find or see a "JACUZZI TUB" in the room or on the property.)AD should be corrected ASAP so as not to disappoint other renters. OVERALL - We really enjoyed our stay. Least favorite thing was having to leave and go home. We could have stayed longer.

Mixed Review

We thought the unit was clean and very comfortable. We've stayed at two other properties rented through Newman-Dailey and this was by far the best. The decor was lovely. My husband felt the "ocean view" was over-rated (our view was of the back of Mediterranea), but the balconey was spacious. The vent cover in one bathroom was on the floor when we arrived and the vent over the microwave fell off (almost hitting my child) when we opened it. These were minor things. Our issues were mostly with the service from ND. The phone/Wifi modem began smoking on Wed. evening and service was not restored until Friday after 2pm. This meant no land line for emergencies available when modem out of service. No one explained that beach service was not convenient if it was high tide. Mr. Parker of ND maintenance was the only person who truly cared about the problems we encountered. He was great, but we are not sure we will use ND again because it seems once you've paid in full they don't want to talk to you until you turn in the keys. It was our fourth year renting from them and they do not really value loyalty.

We appreciate the patronage this guest has given Newman-Dailey in the past and regret the issues they experienced this year. We realize how important internet access is in our daily life and the inconvenience when it doesn't work. During my research I discovered that our IT maintenance department tried to repair the modem but was not able to. We were at the mercy of our local cable company. Although they respond as soon as possible it did take a few days to replace the modem. We will contact this guest directly in hopes to retain their patronage. Fun and Sun

I had the good fortune to spend 2 wonderful months in this unit. It is everything Ron and Sandy say it is and from past experience I've found that's not always the case. The unit is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would ever need. The balcony is one of the roomiest I've ever had and is ideal for morning coffee and afternoons relaxing in the sun. Very close to shopping and the unit is far enough from the beach road to provide a quiet atmosphere and yet you can be standing in the gulf in less than a minute. The best recommendation I can give is I've already booked it for next year.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at the condo. This was the most relaxing and clean place that we have experienced. I would definetly stay their again or recommend it to others.
