We stayed at Costa Del Sol a1 and had a wonderful time.
We have been coming here for many years.
The staff took care of any problems immediately and made sure our stay was enjoyable..
We loved the new improvements in the kitchen and
everything you could possibly need was there.
Thank You Cliffie for arranging our perfect Destin vacation...

We loved our stay in Destin and were so satisfied with our Costa del Sol A1 unit. We loved the fact that it is on the end of the complex, offering more view and privacy than the other units. The furnishings all added to our comfort and vacation "feel". We liked being able to drive right up to the unit's door; so easy to unload to stay and pack the car for leaving. Gulf frontage was perfect, and can there be a better beach anywhere! My wife and I enjoyed roaming all over the condo, but realize too - how friendly the floor plan would be to multiple visitors. When we return we hope preference can be given to us to stay in unit A1, and believe me, when we recommend to distant family and friends---the place to vacation---it will be Destin/Costa del Sol/Unit A1---triple treat!!!

The location was great- right on the beach, walk-out from the bottom bedroom, great views from the upper balconies. The place is in close proximity to food and shopping. The condo was well-equipped with very nice, new granite countertops and backsplash. The new sink was big enough to hold all the dishes we used during our trip, and it really added to the overall feel of the place (as we have stayed there before). The flat-screen TV in the main living room was a great addition too, as we had brought a Wii to play while there. Hooking up was easy and the kids (old and young) loved being right in the middle of the living room and other action. Will definitely stay in A1 again!

We had the Luxury of staying at Costa Del Sol A1B during a week in December. The townhouse is a wonderful place to escape, bright and airy, and perfect for vacationing with children. Our kids LOVE staying in the Ladybug room and having their own bathroom, too, which is a wonderful feature for us, as parents, too! The den and kitchen are very spacious and we were able to accommodate about 15 people during a basketball game viewing party! The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops and brand new appliances! The owners have really tried to make it feel like "home" and those little touches are nice! Our kids were able to easily hook up their Wii game system with no problems! The view from the decks was beautiful, as the sun sets into the water each evening during the fall/winter months. So pretty!! The top deck was even VERY warm in the winter sun and that was so nice. The kids loved splashing in the shallow water in their rubber boots! We also LOVE Costa Del Sol A-1 (the 3 BR unit) and plan to return during the warm summer months!!

We love vacationing at Costa Del Sol A-1 so much that we visited twice this year. Its furnishings, décor, and supplies made us feel like we were at our home away from home. The supply of beach toys and proximity to the ocean makes getting our small children (4 and 1 year old twins) to the beach much easier. During our 1st trip, we stayed in downstairs quarters, allowing other family members (4 adults & 3 children) to stay upstairs, and there was plenty of room. Along with quick access to restaurants and shopping centers, Costa Del Sol is directly on the beachfront walking/running/biking trail for a scenic stroll down Miramar Beach. We aren’t going to stay anywhere else!

Service was fast, courteous and effecient. The condo was clean, with lots of very nice, homey touches. We actually liked that the bottom unit was seperate as the older kids (19, 20, 21) stayed there as well as it kept the younger visitors from running in and out of the upstairs constantly for every little thing! The location of the condo was convenient to just about everything you'd want. Walking distance to the scooter rentals, parasailing, jet skiis. Ice cream across the street! The pharmacy and movie rental was only 3 blocks and Publix and the outlet malls were within 5 minutes. The only thing not accessible by scooter was the Track and water park, but that was still less than a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants!!! Old Bay Steamer on Okaloosa Island was incredible as was The Back Porch right there in Destin. The beach was beautiful and serene and the folks in condos close by were considerate to everyone's "space". Only complaint is that the vacationers from the condos across the street (assuming thats where they came from) did not respect the sign stating Costa Del Sol properties was a private beach. They kind of spoiled things for a few of us several times during the stay Playing right up onto our towels, knocking over unmbrellas, kicking sand onto a couple of us...etc. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip and we'd have all just moved in permanently if we could have! I hate this oil spill mess...and I pray it doesnt ruin everything there like they say it will. It would be so tragic. Thank you Newman-Dailey for helping to make this part of our long awaited trip home a pleasant one!

We have been vacationing in Destin for 7 years and this was our favorite rental
by far. We had everything we needed. Plenty of room for all.....Our teenagers
had their own private spot on the lower level!! It was nice to have all the
chairs, beach floats, etc. provided. The home was decorated very cheerful and
comfortable....great seating in the living room, it was nice to all be together,
in past rentals it seemed we only had a couch and maybe a chair. This home
was planned out very well!! We will go back to this unit!!!....I only wish they
would accept small dogs with a deposit....we were there for two weeks and
really missed our Elliott! Highly recommend :)

This unit was perfect for our needs. We stayed 3 weeks, and had a constant flow of family and friends join us. Having 3 separate bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, plus added room if needed, was a key to comfort. Bing located directly on the beach, and having access to beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas was icing on the cake. The 3 decks/patios were all used,and enjoyed. The owners have done a wonderful job of ensuring top creature comforts. I hope all who rent this unit in the future enjoy it as much as we did -- and do their part to maintain it in the condition the owners have established. Thanks to all who helped us from Newman-Dailey!

family. We have been coming here for 10
years and love the setup ..the location..
and the staff at Newman Dailey is terrific.

This is a very comfortable condo with every convenience provided and plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The location is very convenient to good restraunts and shopping. We have been coming to Destin and to Costa del Sol for years and plan on returning in 2009.....

You're almost in the surf and being an end unit allows more privacy that other units on the premises. The decor and bountiful beach toy are truely a plus. A short barefoot walk up the beach for dinner at Pompano Joe's yields some of the best seafood and atmosphere in Destin.
