The clean and completely equipped kitchen and dining room have seating for 11, and they give the home a warm sunny glow thanks to many windows. Off the dining room is a fully finished back porch with comfortable lounge chairs. Take a nap in the sun in the privacy of your own home. And the porch looks out onto a special feature – a perfectly manicured back yard. Winding walkways lead you to shady areas with benches and a patio with a grill. You’ll really be able to enjoy the warm Florida weather during a cook-out in this fabulous haven. All of this and the best parts have yet to be mentioned!

Just down the road are two pool decks with cool water and lounge chairs for all. Then only very short walk from the pools is the greatest feature of all, the always beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Nothing can compete with the sugary sand and clear emerald waters. After a long beach day you can look forward to unwinding in the spa bathtub in the master bedroom. Or perhaps a seafood dinner at one of the several tasty eateries, several within walking distance. We just returned from our stay at the Cote D'azur. The home is just a short walk to the quiet pool and beautiful beach. The complimentary beach service was a nice surprise. Our two small children loved exploring in the well maintained backyard. This is a spacious home, that is well taken care of.

First impression was only okay due to the outside mess. Several hoses were left lying in a heap the driveway and small pieces of trash and bottle tops were on the ground. On the inside at first glance, it looked clean, but upon further inspection it was not. French fries were on the floor behind the bunk beds, along with a nasty shirt, indicating that the linens were not changed. The bunk beds did not have top sheets on them either. And, the floors needed mopping. The carpet in the bunk bed room was soaked at the door due to an AC leak and maintenance brought in a fan to dry it. The fan was left for a day or two in the way of the door so we couldn't close it. There was also a huge hole someone punched in the closet, which we reported to management. The sofa was dusty upon touch. Overall the house was nice, but these little details leave a lasting impression.

I enjoyed the home, but had some issues AC did not work on friday until 11:45 pm that night I think it was know to be bad because when we got there at 12:30 pm we open the door it was hot you guys waited until we got there then try to fix it while we where there (that is not good) the light did not work in the kids room and the neiborhood was rude when my kids and I went swimming in the Pool around 6:30 pm but then the next day there where peolpe in the pool after 10:30 pm running and sreaming..... Newman-Dailey went out of their way to help me and my family. It was a last minute booking because another company had canceled my reservations because the home that I had rented had went off of their rental program. Newman-Dailey help find me this home for us to stay in and it was great. It was in a great location and the home had everything that we needed. I will recommend this home and company to all of my family and friends.

We had a great experience in this house. I went with my family and a couple of friends for the memorial day holiday weekend. The master bedroom is huge and the decoration around the house is beautiful. The pool and the beach are very close (walking distance). The only issue we had was with Newman Deiley. We arrived at their office few minutes before closing and the lady in the front desk gave us the welcome package but forgot to set up the code to open the front door of the house. We had to wait almost 2 hours under the rain outside the house until the problem was solved. Everything else was great!I would go back again next year.

What a wonderful vacation spot. The rooms are colorful and tasteful and this was simply a fun place to stay. The nearby pool and the beach and all of the shopping and restauraunts we could want were just minutes away! The house was clean and well-equipped. We could not have asked for more!

We rented this house to accommodate our family during our evacuation for Hurricane Gustav. The rental company and the owner agreed to accept our pets given the emergency circumstances. The house was wonderful - it made us all feel at home during a very stressful time. The furniture was comfortable, the rooms large, the backyard perfect for our two pugs. Beach access was easy and the little neighborhood very cute. We were close to many friends and neighbors in similar circumstances and the house made a perfect site for an impromptu pizza party when we were certain our city had survived the storm. I would return to this property again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable beach get away.

We have our beach home on the rental program with Newman Dailey. We had invited 2 couples down for the weekend to visit with us. However, when we arrived on Friday, our home was still occupied - our error. Newman Dailey was wonderful to assist in finding another home for us to rent for the night. This home was lovely. We totally enjoyed the hugh screened porch. The home was well appointed. Kitchen was very well equipped which we loved as we all enjoy cooking in rather than eating out. Our friends had a great time getting to spend one night there and the next night at our place. What could have been a disaster turned out to be an adventure for us. The home even has a computer for those who have that need. All 6 of us agreed that this house was wonderful.

The house has a very large living room, kitchen, and dining area. We had 8 people and it was very spacious. The smaller rooms can be a little tight. The onsite washer/dryer was great. Computer with internet access was very useful. Location was walking distance to beach and Pompano Joe's. The backyard is cozy and there is a sunroom as well. Overall I had a great time and stayed an extra day.

A welcoming retreat to unwind and get away from it all. A short 1 block walk to the beach or and even less to the pool was perfect. We found the location up the street from Pompano Joes very convenient for the evenings when we wanted some one else to do the cooking!! Also the safety of the fenced backyard was a plus when the kids wanted to play outside. Many extra little touches through out - especially wireless internet when you just cant seem to get completely away. Well be back for sure!! Jeff and Jenn Denver CO
