Multiple balconies and porches, let the sunny Florida air in and let you enjoy calming Gulf views from the comfort of your own vacation home. One master bedroom and one queen suite feature spa bathtubs and the first level suite has the added benefit of a kitchenette and dining room -- just perfect for a quiet getaway from a busy schedule. A clean white kitchen with all the necessities, a covered single car garage and a laundry area let you entertain guests and take care of all your needs without ever having to leave the property.

Take advantage of a bustling night life or a great round of golf, too. Crystal Pier is so close to lots of great entertainment options. 6 person HOT TUB on beachside deck. 1 car garage + 2 parking spots all other will have to park in our Newman-Dailey over flow lot.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this house. We did have some issues with the hot tub and the office always got someone out to the house promptly but we did continue to have issues with it throughout our stay. The grill also seemed to be unreliable. It would not always give a full flame and sometimes would only light on half and the temp would not go above 250 degrees. Both rooms with queen beds need bottom sheets that will actually fit on the bed. We could not get ours to go on the corners and resorted to using flat sheets that kept coming off as well. Could have used a better frying pan, a few more mugs and kid friendly cups but those were minor issues and overall the kitchen was very well stocked... Be sure to bring your own beach chairs (we did) and were glad b/c the house did not provide any but they did have 2 nice umbrellas that were very useful to us! Also just to be aware, the queen bedroom on the first floor has a bathtub but not a shower in it's private bath. There is a shower on that floor that is attached to the room with two twin beds and also accessible from the joining hall. It wasn't a big deal but could be useful to know when planning sleeping arrangements. Overall we enjoyed the property very much b/c we were there for the beach and you can't top the beautiful Destin beaches!

One thing we liked best is the house is right at beach front. We didn't like the fact that it was not a private beach. It would be nice if beach services were provided. The staffs at Newman-Dailey were very nice and prompt. We would book another vacation with Newman-Dailey.

We found the house to be a beautiful, clean and well stocked home for the week. Our family reuinion couldn't have gone better....the kids all said 'You did real good Mom' -picking the perfect place . They were raised on the beach so our reuinion ON THE BEACH was perfect. Some day we hope to be able to do it again. Thank you very much for this home away from home. The associate we dealt with was exhuberant and friendly and answered all our question. There were just enough extras (like the go-carts) and water park for the kids. The water is the color of SPRITE which is perfect. Again thank you.............Sharon & Paul Visser

The outside needs to be painted but it was perfect inside. We were surprised we didn't have the entire house - nowhere said it was a duplex. It is a wonderful house and would love to stay again. We had fun with friends and loved being on the beach. The hot-tub needed chlorine. That was not monitored the entire time we were there although we did call to have it added. Awesome spring break vacation - great for multiple family trip!!

For a true beach vacation we totally recommend this property. It accomodated our family and several of our children's friends as well. We got a lot for our money because of the Funtastic program. The water really is emerald green and the beaches are the cleanest beaches that I have ever seen!

Overall the house was really nice. ?It would have been nice to know that the bunk room had 8 bunk beds in it. ?The kitchen was well stocked. ?We had a great time.

This is a dream home! ?It sits right on the beach and has a gorgeous view from every level. ?It is very spacious and is quite homey feeling! ?We plan to come back every year!!

We had a wonderful time at Crystal Pier 4. ?The weather was beautiful and the ocean was so pretty and soothing. ?Ryan took good care of us when we checked in. ?The house is so nice and very close to the beach. ?I had a very good time doing absolutely nothing! ?Thanks for all your help and I hope to use Newman-Dailey again.

This is our paradise getaway with our family every year. ?You feel at home yet very pampered. ?Its a beautiful home with a gorgeous view. ?Many decks to enjoy the sun from each level and watch the dolphins swim by. ?Not to mention the sunsets/rises on the beach. ?Its close to lots of great shopping and eating groceries too. ?The hottub is great on the days when its cooler not to mention lots of room. ?Your whole family can be together and still have their own getaway area throughout the house. ?The bunk room is great for kids! ?We just cant say enough about this home.

This is the perfect beach vacation rental. ?Our family travels to Destin every year and we stay at Crystal Pier. ?This home is stunning and the views of the gulf are outstanding. ??Our three children love the hot tub (Mom and Dad too). A TV in each of the five bedrooms ?allows everyone to watch their favorite shows in the evenings. ??We will never stay in a hotel room again. ?We have lived The Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous at Crystal Pier!!!

This place is fantastic. ?As soon as you step off the deck steps your toes are in the sand. ?Perfect for laying out on the beach. ?No having to walk to the public ?beach access. ?You are there. ?I would get up and be laying out before rest of the house were even out of bed. ?Plenty of room for everyone. ?Close to the big shopping mall and close to the grocery too. With the big kitchen we just cooked our own meals and really saved on food expense. ?Made for more beach time!!

Excellent. ?This townhouse is extremley well maintained. ?The beach and ocean are right off the deck. ?The deck facing the ocean has a whirlpool. ?Highly recomend to anyone.

I love this townhouse! ?It is beautiful and has a spectacular view! ?The accomodations are very nice but still comfortable and relaxing. ?Its out of all the hustle and bustle of town but still close enough to be convenient for shopping and eating out. The best part of all is my whole family can come and stay to spend time together but still have enough space to do their own thing or disturb the babys naps! ??Ill never forget sitting out on the deck drinking my morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim in the surf.

This house is awesome for a week away with the girls. My friends and I have gone to Destin twice now and stayed here both times...everyone has her own room and it has wonderful decks and a large hottub. ?And right on the beach so we can sun on the deck or in the sand!

We have stayed at many properties in Florida and this is one of the best! ?Its HUGE has high-end furnishings so you will feel like you are at home and not in a cheap rental home. We go here every year with our family and you should too!
