You really will enjoy a Crystal View in this brand new Mediterranean-style condo, located directly across from private beach access and Miramar Park. Just 16 units share a private dune walkover and community pool; and breathtaking Gulf views from your private patio, living room, dining room and master bedroom are exclusively yours to enjoy! In season, many of Newman-Dailey's Recreation Program activities are also nearby! Owner will accept pets with a non-refundable pet fee and provides an electric George Forman grill for guest use.

Great details about this unit:
1760 square feet, heated and cooled. Two bedrooms with king beds, queen bed in third room, multiple pillows, all mattresses memory foam topped. (Additional sleeping: “day bed” in master, two rollaway beds in third room closet) Three full bathrooms, one with garden tub and separate shower. Baby supplies including a playpen/crib and high chair. Unit can sleep 9 including all additional bedding.

Large open and attractively furnished living/dining/kitchen “great room”. Bright colors used throughout. Huge deck with ocean view, electric barbeque grill/griddle, seating on deck for group, nicely landscaped.

Winter rental-- Perfect for entertaining—everything including champagne, red, and white wine glasses, wine refrigerator, hors d’oeuvres trays and implements, china and bar ware. Gourmet kitchen for the chef. Restaurant/chef grade cookware, food processor, stand mixer, espresso maker, coffee grinder and cups, baking pans, cooking utensils, serving pieces.

Lavish supply of upscale linens, many extra touches for the whole family: a closet filled with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, recreational equipment, golf clubs, puzzles, board games, cards, etc. Lots of books. A “just for fun” real slot machine (using tokens), a Wii game, VCR/CD/DVD/VCR and sound system in the living room along with a 47" HDMI large flat screen TV, and wireless internet access. TV’s/VCR’s/CD Radios and telephones in each bedroom. Toys and Playstation with games in the third bedroom.

Private beach and beach access, swimming pool, ample private parking. Ground floor, convenient for bringing in luggage and shopping purchases, accessing car, beach and pool. Sixteen units in the building. Quiet and never crowded.

Upon informing and office knowing through the booking process we arrived after midnight on thursday . Much to our surprise at 6:00 am we were awaken by the condo owner with screwdriver in hand stating he had to fix some wood blinds. Totally uncalled for and could have informed us of this or scheduled with us. This gentleman was there a total of 15 minutes with nothing acomplished . Upon departure thank the good lord we were packed and sitting in our vehicle at 10:00 because unannounced he shows up again at that time and helped himself in with out even knocking to see if we were there.

What a fun place! The owners have definitely taken the time and put some effort into making this a kid- friendly place to stay. Near the beach, near shopping, near golf, near food. We were totally satisfied with our vacation home selection! Jackie, Avon, OH

Very spacious, great location, enjoyed the slot machine, very comfortable beds. We had a few issues though... outside light on patio did not work, grill outside did not work, we ended up having to go purchase one to be able to cook dinner Sat. nite. Also the main problem were the palmetto bugs. When we got there one of the bedrooms had a dead one, but didn't really worry about it. We had children with us and it was freaking them out and they were scared to sleep but we finally got everyone down. I am local and never had problems before with the palmetto bugs.

Thank you so much for posting your review. We are sorry for the problems you had with bugs during your stay and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We do have regular pest control in all of our rental units and had we known we would have scheduled an additional treatment if needed. That is a very unusual problem for our rental units and I can not apologize enough. I do hope you give Newman-Dailey another chance to show you it is not a norm for our rental units to experience any type of bug situation. Also we immediatley sent maintenance and we have tested the grill and it is currently working so I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you again for posting your review.

Location and size were plus. The place has so much potential, but it was somewhat dirty. We mopped the entire condo, and vaccumed.

The place is down from Pompano Joe's, the pool is heated, the beach is across the street, this Condo had a decent view of the ocean. The Condo itself was great, we loved the slot machine. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, plenty of beds plus some extra sleeping and some nice gaming systems (nintendo Wii). 3 bed rooms, 3 baths were nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this rental was wonderful. We traveled with 6 children, the youngest being 14 months, so after a day at the beach (located directly across the street-as was the walkway to get down on the beach)they loved to come back and hang out at the pool. Plenty of room in the condo-and the outside patio was also great. The kids could sit outside and see the kites and parasailers on the beach. The only thing I would have changed was the breakable wine glasses right at toddler height (we put them up high, but that left little countertop space), and also the front door knob. It was at perfect height for a toddler to turn the handle and open the door. Since it did not have a dead bolt, we had to keep a chair in front of it at all times in order to keep him from trying to get outside. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a wonderful time the kids LOVED the slot machine all the toys the Wii and all the colors of the rainbow! It was warm and inviting very comfortable and we enjoyed everything about it!

This unit is loaded with so many extras. ?Our family was greatly entertained even on the days we didnt go to the beach. ?Great unit and we will rent it again and will recommend this unit specifically to our family and friends. ?Thanks for sharing it with us.
