Great details about this unit:
1760 square feet, heated and cooled. Two bedrooms with king beds, queen bed in third room, multiple pillows, all mattresses memory foam topped. (Additional sleeping: “day bed” in master, two rollaway beds in third room closet) Three full bathrooms, one with garden tub and separate shower. Baby supplies including a playpen/crib and high chair.
Large open and attractively furnished living/dining/kitchen “great room”. Bright colors used throughout. Huge deck with ocean view, electric barbeque grill/griddle, seating on deck for group, nicely landscaped.
Winter rental-- Perfect for entertaining—everything including champagne, red, and white wine glasses, wine refrigerator, hors d’oeuvres trays and implements, china and bar ware. Gourmet kitchen for the chef. Restaurant/chef grade cookware, food processor, stand mixer, espresso maker, coffee grinder and cups, baking pans, cooking utensils, serving pieces.
Lavish supply of upscale linens, many extra touches for the whole family: a closet filled with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, recreational equipment, golf clubs, puzzles, board games, cards, etc. Lots of books. A “just for fun” real slot machine (using tokens), a Wii game, VCR/CD/DVD/VCR and sound system in the living room along with a large screen TV, and wireless internet access. TV’s/VCR’s/CD Radios and telephones in each bedroom. Toys and Playstation with games in the third bedroom.
Private beach and beach access, swimming pool, ample private parking. Ground floor, convenient for bringing in luggage and shopping purchases, accessing car, beach and pool. Sixteen units in the building. Quiet and never crowded.

     Very spacious, great location, enjoyed the slot machine, very comfortable beds. We had a few issues though... outside light on patio did not work, grill outside did not work, we ended up having to go purchase one to be able to cook dinner Sat. nite. Also the main problem were the palmetto bugs. When we got there one of the bedrooms had a dead one, but didn't really worry about it. But by Saturday morning it was an issue due to the fact that we had alive ones after that and they were HUGE. We had children with us and it was freaking them out and they were scared to sleep but we finally got everyone down. I am local and never had problems before with the palmetto bugs. We do have regular pest control in all of our rental units and had we known we would have scheduled an additional treatment if needed.
