it was my first time along with several of my guests in destin and renting a house there. this experience definitely will have us come back more vacations in the future. at check in, Jennifer, I think that is her name, was very sweet and informative. the house was more beautiful in person. all of my guests enjoyed their stayed. thank you for making this such a pleasant experience.

The neighborhood was wonderful! Very quiet with many charming homes. The house was perfect for the five of us. It was very comfortable & it never felt like a 'vacation' rental. Easy walk to beach. Great walking trail close by. Never used the neighborhood pool, but it was available. We would definitely choose this house to stay in again:) My husband had unplanned business to take care of, & Newman-Dailey was extremely helpful in allowing him to use their fax, etc.

Newman-Dailey could not have been better...From the time of Reservation, Check-in, to our Departure date, Betty Kozak & Jeanne Dailey's support staff took action on our requests..."Dream" is an excellent property, but as a rental, is in need of some "TLC"...On our departure, we sent a detailed report with our recommendations to Jeanne...We hope it will be shared with the owner, as it was intended to be helpful to both...We were very comfortable & the many guests we had over the Winter were very complimentary about the accommodations that we had chosen...We most certainly will return (Reservation made for next year), but would request that we be given priority should a smaller property become available (In the Crystal Beach area)...All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dream & will treasure the memories!!

This house is amazing from top to bottom!
Relaxing regardless of which room you are in.
Just a block from the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and calm, no parties going on despite being spring break week.

We wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our Snow Bird Winter in “Day Dream”. She was clean and included the amenities required for a successful vacation. The weather was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed all the photo opportunities that your wonderful Destin Beaches presented to us.
Newman- Dailey looked after the few issues we had in a very timely & professional manner. Needless to say we left everything in “Jolley Good Shape”.
Lastly, once we come back down to earth in that frozen tundra up there, we’ll be in touch regarding our reservation for our next winter vacation.

Last minute weekend trip

My family and I planned an last minute weekend trip to Destin for Labor Day weekend. We found this lovely vacation home still available. It was perfect for the amount of people we had and perfect location. I spoke with Betty in reservations and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She provided me with the info I needed. She even helped me get a lower pet fee from the manager. We all slept very comfortably, the house was gorgeous and just a short walk from the beach. Although our trip got cut short because of tropical storm Lee, we still enjoyed our time there. The only thing we were a little disappointed at was that we arrived around 11 am and although we knew check in was till 3 we figured that because the house wasn't used the day before we would be able to check in and occupy the house immediately. However that wasn't the case, it was 3pm before we got the house. We had my dog so we couldn't do anything while we had him so we lost a few hours of fun.We couldn't even go shopping because the day was hot and humid adn he wasn't allowed on the beach :(
