Magnificent Martin Family Vacation Week

Location was fantastic fight across from the beach. Amenities were wonderful including the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. We had my wife's 3 sisters and brother along with all the spouses so having a home with 5BR with Queen or King was perfect. The gathering room and dining room were both spacious and accomated all of us and being adjacent to the kitchen was great along with the openess of the entire area. The balcony areas were also great. The clubhouse access was limited in that you could not use the gym except during the hours it was open and that was limited and did not open until 9am - being a morning person this just was the one downside as no one wanted to go work out in the middle of the day.

This past summer was our family's second year renting a house from Newman-Dailey. Feelin' Lucky was a great house. The views are stunning and it was perfect for our three families. There is plenty of room and even a "secluded" basement to get away from all of the kiddos. The living room and kitchen and spacious. If you have a mini family reunion planned, this is the house. As always, the Newman-Dailey staff was great and helped us whenever we needed it. Highly recommended.
Perfect for three generation family gathering (ages 10 to 75)

Feeling Lucky was perfect for our 3 generatio family vacation. Feeling Luchys second floor cummunity space was great for all to gather and if it was crowed the porches on each level were outstanding for individual time. A great location for all the enterment in Destin. Hope we can return some time. Outstanding location.

Overall my family and friends stay at this location was very comfortable and all persons were ready to stay again on another occasion. House was very well furnished with everything needed. Walk to beach under 5 minutes and was right across from house. Balconies were great with unobstructed view of beach and ocean. Has alot of steps though and if someone could not climb steps, I would not recommend this house. If steps are no problem, then I would highly recommend. Had an issue with propane tank out but bought another and was reimbursed by Newman-Dailey.

We traveled from TX, Ga, NC and other parts of FL for our brother's 50th birthday, and what an amazing trip to Destin we had. Thank You Newman Dailey for helping us find ther perfect house for us. The weather was perfect, and wow what an incredible Master Bedroom suite with endless views of the beach and sunsets. We felt we were staying directly on the beach without the extra expenses.

This was a great house in a wonderful location! We had a wonderful gulf view and only a few steps to the beach. Everything we wanted to do was a quick drive or walk. The owners have done a great job keeping up the house, unlike other million dollar homes I have rented for this annual event. If you are looking for a great pool...the one accessible to the home is so so but again, the beach area is fantastic. The people at Newman Daily were great to work with...I will always go through them for my Destin rentals. I will definately rent this house again.

Beautiful home, great location however, the floors and rugs were not clean and with two small children crawling around it was less than ideal. The rugs were filthy as were the hardwood floors. May or may not stay here again

Visited over spring break 2010. House has plenty of room for entertaining. Beautiful view, practically on the beach! Only downfall we had, you cannot access the lower level without going outside or thru the garage. Did have trouble with the internet and tank on grill not filled. Other than that, lovely home great location.
