I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Newman-Dailey staff and the villa was perfect. We had plenty of room where we didn't feel like we were in each other way and it was very relaxing. Love the huge porch. That was so nice to have that kind of space to escape to. Can't wait to go back again next summer.

This rental was very relaxing and quite beautiful. The screened porch was my favorite place to relax after enjoying all that Destin had to offer. The decor was beautiful; it had an island feel to it. The living area was big and spacious. The kitchen provided every possible tool you could think of when it came to cooking. The bedrooms were great as well. The only down side to this rental for us was that the master bedroom seem to be separate from the master bathroom. The master bathroom was located in the room with 2 queen beds. The beach was just a short walk outside of our unit. We also took advantage of one of the swimming pools at Hidden Dunes, which was a relief from the heat. Our overall experience was wonderful. The different attractions/amenities offered through this rental was great as well.

The entire crew was so pleased with our stay at the Hidden Dunes Villa 48. The villa was very roomy and was just a few steps from the ocean and nice pool. The grounds were well kept. Check-in was a breeze. If we return next year we will stay at Villa 48.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Hidden Dunes Villa 48 that we are already considering coming again next year. The villa was clean and roomy, and we were just a few steps from the ocean. We had another family in the villa with us (for a total of 7 in the home), but we never felt crowded. Can't wait for next year at Hidden Dunes Villa 48!

Well to start I took my parents to Desting for thier 50 Anniversary so it needed to be special.
We walked in to the cottage, pulled up the curtians to a wonderful view of the lake. My father who has trouble walking, went straight out on the screened in porch and looked more comfortable than he has looked in years. My folks took the master BR and said they havnt slept that well in a long time. Maybe because she had her kids with her to help with my father or just because she felt very comfortable.
I cant tell you how accomidating the kitchen was. It even had an icemaker seperate from the refrig. The pool was great and very clean. Looked like they really made a effort in taking care of the landscape.
We had six people staying in the cottage and never felt like we were in eachothers way. Great time and Great place.
Also I have to mention the folks at Newman were great too. Very friendly and helpful. Im talking about you Betty. Everyone else was great too but I had to call Betty out.
Thank you for a very special family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes Villa
#48. It was very conveniently located to the beach.
We were able to let our kids come and go as they
please. It was a very spacious unit. The beach chairs
were a very nice addition.
Some Maintenance Issues

The service was good. We checked in late - had no problem with that and check out was a breeze. The Hidden Dunes villa #48 that we rented had some maintenance issues. The floors were not very clean. One of the bath tubs had drainage issues. The complaints were promptly handled though. Otherwise our stay was good.
