We had a great time at Jade East, although this condo needs some minor repairs and a few additions added to make this a great condo. New countertops in the kitchen, a dresser in the master bedroom so you dont have to live out of a suitcase. A new ceiling fan in the bedrooms that dont squeek. And new curtins in the 2nd bedroom that can help with the light and sounds from the outside hall. Other than these few minor things, this condo is near perfect and comfortable.

We have stayed in many properties in Destin and Gulf Shores, by far this was best decorated and the nicest lay out. It was very spacious, especially the master bath.

Over charged for what U get, they add alot of extra charges like 75 $ for cleaning the room. Way overpriced we payed almost 500 for a night it is not worth it.

The West Indies decor of this condo was great! The view was unbelievable. We could see down the beach for miles!!!! The place was exactly what we were looking for! Thanks to the Newman-Dailey staff for being so great, as usual. Mary, Azle, TX

When we arrived at unit inside the unit there still was mold and mildew in the master shower. It looks like they are in the process of refurbishing it, and there was paint smeared all over the kitchen counter tops. The master bedroom get extremely hot, if you leave the curtains open. The base boards were in really bad shape and needed to be repainted. As much as I had paid for this unit, I felt I could of gone elsewhere for a more 'up scale' place to stay. I called Newman-Dailey after my stay, and they just said 'Thanks for the input'. I would of thought they would of offed some compensation. The balcony is nice, and has a nice view but a bit small. The interior was decorated nicely. The pool was very clean, and warm for an afternoon swim. Loved the beach service. In the hall ways there is dust everywhere especially all over the elevators because they are re grouting the hallways.

I have stayed at the Jade east towers 3 times in the last 4 years had and okay stay the only issues were I even called ahead of booking at the jade east towers after reading reviews on the pool being to cold and had the same problem as the people staying in July with twin girls age 4 I ended up also leaving a day early due to pool water ice cold, the rental unit was nice, hard to stay in a place where 2 seperate rental companies in same building.

Thank you for taking the time to mention some of the issues you had. We have gotten in touch with the HOA of Jade East to correct the problem of the pool temperature. We've never had any issues in the past, so this is being trouble-shot to find the source of the issue at hand.
Also, I can understand how confusing it can be with two rental companies on site. We are conveniently located on the ground level in the owner's clubhouse & will remain in that location.

This was our first stay at the property and it was thoroughly enjoyed. The condo is located close to the elevators which open directly to the walkway to the beach and pool. There are no parking lots to cross which is great when traveling with young children. We can't wait to stay here again!

Just as I expected this condo was exactly as the picture depicted. Beautiful accomodations! I stayed in a different unit at Jade East in '07 and knew there would be no surprises. We only had a couple of issues that were resolved on our first day by a very friendly, professional service tech. The Newman-Dailey staff are warm and extremely helpful. I will rent a condo at Jade East again and always refer friends to Newman-Dailey. Thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful memories!

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing Easter Weekend at Jade East. This condominium was very comfortable and well appointed.Everything in the condo functioned with no problems and we would return to this unit again.

I booked this Condo for my wife's 50th birthday. Her 2 best friends flew in from New England to surprise her. The room and ammenities, short of the blender that did not work, were wonderful! The location, view etc were second to none. Based solely on the merits of the condo I would HIGHLY recommend it, HOWEVER I was less than pleased with the rental agency! There were TOO many hidden, and additional fee's that were not disclosed prior to booking. The price of the condo was fine, but when I questioned the additional fee's I did not get the feeling the rental company was too interested in righting the ship. Great place but terrible rental company!
