We had such a great time at Mainsail and it was mostly because of this condo! It is the perfect location, everything was so nice! It is right on the ocean with a huge wrap around balcony and the amenities are great, amazing kitchen!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

We love our condo in Mainsail and have stayed in the same one for five years. We were somewhat dismayed when the decor was changed, since we had gotten used to "vintage Florida". However, the view, the comfort and the amenities offered keep us coming back. I will retire this year, and we are looking forward to visiting during different seasons. We really do consider this our home away from home!

We spent a wonderful week at Mainsail Condominium. Our unit had a wrap-around balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf. We enjoyed having late afternoon snacks on the balcony while watching the sun go down. The unit was roomy with a large kitchen. We did notice a slight dank odor, but it diminished with fresh air and scented candles. Also, the king size bed needed a new mattress. Overall, we truly enjoyed it and would recommend Mainsail as a great place to have a beach vacation.

We absolutely loved every minute of our time in the condo and on the beach!!! Plan to make this a tradition. The condo is well furnished, the balcany superb, the beach, was the best.

The unit we stayed in was beachfront. It was beautifully furnished and had granite countertops and wood floors. Our daughter who was one year old at the time had a great time on her first beach vacation. Having such a nice kitchen was a plus. Since we had the baby with us, we ate breakfast and lunch at the condo, then went out for dinner. There is a state park just a few miles away that we enjoyed tremendously.

Unit completely renovated & upgraded Winter of 2007/2008. ?This unit is upscale and beautiful. ?The view is breathtaking from this corner unit. ?You will absolutely love it. ?If you feel like leaving the beach you cant beat the location near all the best shopping and best restaurants our area has to offer. ?We look forward to seeing you at the beach!
