With the condo there was not a problem, but where we ran into problems was with Newman Dailey service itself. We checked in late and they had the wrong key code, so we could not get into the condo. The phone available operator told us it would be over 45 min to get someone to fix the key code. Also, the personnel that I spoke with about the condo assured me that it was beach front and it is not - it's across the street from the beach and there is a small view of the ocean from the condo balcony. Again, the condo itself is nice, we were just disappointed to find that we were not on the beach.

This place was great! I traveled with a large group and everyone had a great time. The staff at Newman Daily was phenominal, and the accomidations were even better. The condo was neat, clean, convenient, and had a great view. It's a very nice spot for families, as there was NO noise or loud parties. We took kids from 2 years to 11 years and they all had a blast!

We all loved this rental. It was like being home only better. NO WORK! The layout was so comfortable. We could all visit and be together in the same area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. Being a working family, it was a treat to have the time to cook for the family. The balcony gave a great view of the beach. The pool was nice. We were within walking distance of a great resturant. I would definately rent this unit again.

GREAT LOCATION-CLOSE TO BEACH AND SHOPPING. THE CONDO WAS GREAT WILL STAY AGAIN IF AVAILABLE. GOOD RESTURANTS IN AREA STAY AWAY FROM CRAP (TOURIST) TRAP WAIT IS LONG FOOD IS BAD GO CAPTAINS DAVES.....LOCATION OF OFFICE HARD TO FIND COMING IN OFF HIGHWAY..

What a beautiful place and wonderful condo! ?This was our first trip to Destin and our first condo experience. ?We cruise a lot and werent sure how wed like being in one place but it was great! ?Immaculate bright and cheery condo with large kitchen. ?We saved a lot eating in for breakfast and lunce and enjoyed trying out the beachside restaurants in Destin and nearby. ?Walk a few short steps to the beach or condo pool. ?A great vacation!!

What a great property!! The resort is centrally located with a short walk to the beach. ?The view from the balcony is breath taking! This spacific property is stocked with everything needed for a great stay. ?Would recomend to anyone!

We loved this unit the pictures dont do it justice. The location to the beach was great and the view off the balcony was better than alot of the other off beach rentals. ?The unit was nicely furnished with everthing you need for cooking.
