Margaritaville

I "chaperoned" a group of college kids for a brief end of school retreat. The accommodations were exactly as described, the rental assistants were very helpful, and our group had a great time. We would return to the same location without hesitation.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. It was trully pardise on earth. Normally when we vacation in Destin we stay at the San Destin Beach and Golf resort with is lavishly appointed and has wonderful ammenities. I wanted to do something a little different because I am always worried about the kids running around whe we are there, so I decided to try a house instead. I was a little reluctant because I couldn't find a unit that had an ocean view. My dissapointment grew when I was called and told that the unit that I had reserved was not available. I was offered a substitute and was told that it was an even nicer property than I had originally reserved. I reluctantly agreed. Once I arrived, I was quite happy with our accomodations. The home was simply beautiful! Being just a block from the beach allowed me the opportunity to get in a little exercise each morning as we would walk to the beach for a morning walk/run. The ammenities package was simply wonderful! I truly enjoyed all of the wonderful complimentary activities which we had the opportunity to enjoy. The furnishings were very tasteful and the home had all of the comforts of home available for our use. The staff was very pleasant from the checkin office to the Beachside Inn where I had the opportunity to use the computer in order to check my email. Thanks to Newman Dailey my family has enjoyed one of the best vacations that we have had in years. I would love to vacation there again and would recommend the property to any of my family or friends.

The house, Margaritaville, was exactly as described. It was clean, nicely furnished, and a short walk to the beach. The house was also a short drive to a grocery store and retail stores. We enjoyed the front portch, and the neighborhood pool. Thank you!

The cottage has a lovely interior, comfortable beds and a great porch. The community pool was great. The only issues we had with the home was it's up-keep. The yard is unkept and over grown,the trash hadn't been removed & the A/C went out and we had to move to another property. This was uncomfortable and a hassle, but Newman provided us with a home close by.

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED! A perfect beach escape. Loved the crystal beach area and the quietness of the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay in this home!
