In the living room you’ll find overstuffed chairs and plenty of seating that surrounds the fireplace.

On the rare occasion that it gets really cold, you’ll still feel cozy and warm. And there is even a two car garage so that your vehicles will be happy, too. The house has two balconies complete with deck furniture and the always pleasing Gulf of Mexico as a front yard. You’ll be able to enjoy the oranges and pinks of the sunset from your own piece of paradise. And to experience the cool sand and refreshing water personally, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there! You really can’t get any closer. Or if a calm and quiet pool is what you need, there’s a community pool just 2 houses down. Not only is the beach close, plenty of local and well-known restaurants are right down the road. Several are actually within walking distance. Manicured golf-courses, open-air malls, supermarkets and drugstores are all less than five minutes away. We stayed at Martinique for a girls weekend get-away. It was very spacious & had plenty of room for lots of people; however, it is in desperate need of some updating. When we arrived we realized that the ice maker didn't work & had a terrible mildew smell. Day 2, after all 16 of us were there, this horendous smell took over the bottom floor & the ceiling in one of the bedrooms almost fell in. The maintenance guy came to fix it, but he had to poke a hole in the Sheetrock and so there was a hole in the ceiling the rest of our stay. He also assured us that by fixing whatever was wrong it would help the house to cool off- it was not cool at all upstairs. In the master bedroom the large windows face east. The blinds were broken & hanging down providing no coverage from the hot sun. There were nasty stains on the bedspreads & many of the electrical outlets downstairs did not work. For such a large house it would have been beneficial to have a 2nd refrigerator. Since we spent most of our time on the beach we really didn't get too upset about the house not being in tip top shape. Overall we had a wonderful trip, but I will not stay at Martinique again.

This was the first time I had stayed at Martinique and we (my family) had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what as shown in the photos online. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beach was right across the street. The views from the house were amazing. I stayed there during July fourth and we watched firework shows from the balcony. I will never forget this vacation!

My entire family (24 people) stayed at Martinique this past June. We had a great time. Martinique is a great location- just across the street from the beach. The house was nice, but could use some updates in the decor. We had a lot of kids on our trip- so the house was nice enough but not too nice to where we were afraid the kids would mess something up. Great value for the money. We would stay there again! Amentities were good- beach chair set-ups, free tickets, I think we took advantage of all of them. Newman Dailey was great to work with!

We had a very large group and this home worked well for our needs. What we loved most was the location. Since we had multiple families we liked being close to Pompanoe Joe's where we could pop in and out for food or drinks on a whim. We also liked that at night there would be live music we could sit out and listen to. We liked having beach set ups already ready, and Martinique met our needs. We did not use the pool much. Newman Daily was very professional and courteous to our many request and we had a great vacation.

Our families ?were here for the first time this Thanksgiving. We were so comfortable and functional. There was plenty good room in this kingdom. While here we also took advantage of the shopping mall outlet and took a ride on the Southern Star. We will definitely return!!

We had a wonderful Christmas here on the beach. We celebrated our Grandfathers 80th birthday with four generations. We had plenty of room for twenty-three people and loved the view. Thank you for the wonderful time in Destin!

Perfect location. We had 36 adults and ten children between Martinuqe and Antiqua. ?Everyone had a great time. ?This is an annual event for us and we have taken a cruise traveled to Spring Training and stayed at beaches. This was one of the best.
