This was a first for some of us in Destin and we had a blast. We are already planning to return in a couple of months. It was more than what we expected out of the living arrangements. Not having to keep up with keys was the best thing for us. A friend suggested you guys and it was worth every penny. Thank you so much for everything.

We love staying at Pavilion Palms! We have stayed there many times over the years. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips in the condo. A very nice pool is in the middle of the complex. It is across the street from the beach, but the walk to the beach is very easy. Pavilion Palms is on Miramar Beach and right across the street from public access. It is in an awesome location! One of our favorite restaurants, Pompano Joes's, is right across the street. You will love your stay here!

The condo was absolutly beautiful and very clean. It is fully furnihed and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Our issues where the location....we had absolutly no view of the beach and could barely see the water. The is a condo that sites in front of this one but off to the side a little so it doesnt totally block the view but there is a full parking lot directly in front of the condo used for public parking for beach goers so instead of sitting on our balcony and enjoying the view all we saw was a parking lot and the people in the other condo enjoying their view. Also the pool is not very large our children were disappointed alot of the other condos had childrens play areas and hot tubs
Nice place to stay

We stayed at the Pavilion Palms in June, 2009.
We found the condo very clean and well maintained. Newman Dailey provided us with a gas grill after our request and the internet connection was never functional. View of ocean was good with a short walk to the beach across scenic highway 98.
Lovely Condo

This condo at Pavilion Palms was great. The living area is large and very nice. The kitchen is equipped with most everything you could possibly need. The balcony is very nice also and it was great having three bathrooms. My issues were with the beach service that services Pavilion Palms. Due to the "public beach" directly in front of the property, the attendants claimed that they could not set our umbrellas up directly in front of Pavilion Palms so we had to walk down to the beach plus another 100 yards over to our chairs/umbrella. I had to hunt down the owner of the beach service to even get our umbrellas side by side close enough to provide shade for our young children to play under. I have been vacationing in Destin off and on for over 20 years and have never had the kind of problems we had this year with the beach service attendants. However, once I found "the boss" things got better. He told me "our job is to make you happy". This was music to my ears. We will not stay at Pavilion Palms again because we have small children and need to be closer to the beach but we will always use Newman Dailey for our vacation rentals. They are wonderful.
R&R at the Beach

Pavilion Palms is a very nice place and also quiet at night for bedtime. It would be better if it was sitting on the beach, but the walk was not bad at all. The grounds were nicely takin care of. The parking garage down under was also nice. The living/kitchen area was spacious. Plenty of room to move about for 6 people in a 3 bedroom condo. We swap around with Newman-Daily every year and stay at differant places in the Destin area. Pavilion Palms would have to rank high on our list. Give it a try, I sure you would like it too
