Enjoyable stay with the view of the paradise from the patio.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay for the memorial weekend (2010) at the Pelican beach resort in Destin beach. We were technically supposed to stay at a 1BR 1Ba Miramar condos but since that condo was not ready to move in, Newman Dailey replaced it with a 2BR 2Ba beach view condo on our request.
The view from the patio is amazing, we were on the 14th floor and we couldn't have asked for a better replacement. Kitchen was pretty equipped although I would have prefered dish washing scrubs and a roll of paper towel to get started.
Since we got the condo through Newman Dailey, the front desk was not very friendly or informative when we asked them questions about the beach and other activities. They were not responsible for the condo and so I guess it wasn't their duty to answer our queries.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and quite worth the money we paid.

Asked for beach front view instead got a side view, not happy. Check in was another problem office was closed took several hours to get a hold of someone to let us know how to get in. Wireless internet was not included.
