I was pleasantly surprised to see that the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Nice,cleand and beautiful. There was only one thing that I wasn't prepared for and the noise was greatly annoying and that was the frogs that came out at night in the pond in front of the condo. Other than that our stay was wonderful. I did leave my camera charger plugged into the wall and called to ask for it to be returned, but, I was told that it was never found. I do know that I left it there plugged in. We drove and did not fly so it was not misplaced.

We just left the San Remo # 201 and felt we needed to write to you about this property. This was, without a doubt, the nicest condo we have ever rented. It was roomy and comfortable. The view was nothing short of spectacular and the location was perfect. My only complaint was that we could not stay for another week. That and the owners need to purchase a couple of throw blankets for those cool nights. I have read the reviews on this property and the one negative review must have been a chronic complainer. We had no problems at all at any time. We not only have and will recommend not only this condo, but your company, to everyone we meet. We intend to use your services everytime we have the opportunity. Thank you for allowing us to have one of the most enjoyable vacations we have had in a very long time.

I would not stay at this complex again. The walls are paper thin so you can hear above, below, sides, and throughout the unit you are in. When someone takes a shower or opens a door you know!! There is a very run down apartment complex next door that is unsightly, the tenants know the code to the pool and use it. We were trying to get back in to the pool area from the beach and 3 different people passing on the shared walkway told us the code to open the pool gate. Before we got there we had read reviews that complained of this problem and the property manager claimed the problem had been taken care of! I assure you it has not. If you are looking for a nice quiet vacation this is not the place.

I am so disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay at San Remo. The beach area and access is shared at that location but usually does not cause a problem for our guests. The condo unit was wonderful. It was very roomy for two adults and 5 kids. We have been staying on 30 A for the past ten years and we would stay at this unit again. We loved the view!! Also,the walk to the beach was very easy.

Very spacious and nicely decorated unit! We found the unit very clean upon arrival and well stocked with cooking supplies. San Remo felt like it was off the beaten path and the kids loved the pool and beach. Thank you!

Nice unit not really 4 bedrooms. Would be nice if owner put up curtains on sliding glass doors in den and on door in master bedroom for privacy and to keep the bright sun light blocked early in the morning. The owner needs to also fix the master bedroom door so that it will open so that you have access to the balcony from the bedroom instead of having to go out and through the den.

Very nice property but this is not a 4 bedroom unit. The bunk bed area is not much more than a closet with no door.

SO QUIET and spacious! I feel like we found a gem no one else knows about!!! Great area for our family. My husband really enjoyed the golf too!
