San Remo 203

We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach, which was a first for our family. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic! We had rented from Newman-Dailey before and, as always, were extremely pleased with their service and friendliness. The unit we rented was gorgeous and a perfect layout for us; (our grandsons loved the bunk room.) The beach was beautiful, and the large heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with this unit. The decor was very nice and plush. . It was very clean and we loved the layout. My 8 year old loved the fact that he could choose bunkbeds or a regular bed both with tv in room. The view was great and the beach access was so convenient. We would love to come back and would recommend it to friends. We watched the sunset everynight! The Newman-Dailey staff was so helpful in making the reservations and helping to plan activities. We liked being away from all the hi rise condos . This was out from everything big but had enough stuff close to drive to.

We really enjoyed this condo. It had a great pool and hottub and a beautiful beach. The Santa Rosa area is charming and quaint - great for bike rides! My wife loved the decor and furnishings. My kids loved thier rooms, and I loved the great HD Tv's in all bedrooms and family room. We would love to stay here again!

We were very pleased with the San Remo. Plenty of room for the family, and a great ocean view. Very nice pool, and ocean access.

Just wanted to send you our comments on the unit...WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY @ 203... The property has tons of potential... We were surprised to learn that the guests staying at the condos next door had full use of the pool & hot tub... It was was sometimes very busy at the hot tub with children and young adults... The unit was exceptional... The drapes in the living room don't close & the gusty winds on Saturday blew them down... (I think people have been pulling on them thinking they should close) Perhaps a set of sheers would help with privacy at night... We thought the place was very tastefully furnished & exceptionally clean... We really like the 30A area and we will probably stay here in October if we can find the time... The condo was more than I expected. It's listed as 2 bedrooms, but it is really 3, the bunk beds are in a little room by themselves. I was very very pleased with everything about it. Planning on comming back next month, just my husband and I, (no kids this time) and we have already booked with Newman-Dailey for that trip also. They more the met our expectations. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great, everybody that we spoke to was very polite and helpful. The home was very nice, the only thing that could have been improved was there was not a can opener, bottle opener, not much silverware, no grilling spatulas. We love the location, the pool was great. We love this place because it is very quiet and a good place to relax, that is what a vacation is all about.

This was our first trip to Santa Rosa beach and we will definitely be coming back. The facility was very well kept and clean. Our unit was very nice and spacious. The beach was beautiful and very quiet.

everything was great from the condo complex to the condo itself. it was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommed this facility to anyone.

My family and I have stayed in a lot of condos on our vacation. We stayed at San Remo 3 years ago also. San Remo 203 was nice but not perfect. When you are paying the rate we were paying you would expect all the bare essentials to be provided. Some of the things the condo did not provide were: a can opener, bottle opener, alarm clocks (no clocks at all in the unit except on the microwave and stove), and a laundry basket. The furniture was very nice but not really that comfortable. The living room did not have curtains that you could close to cover the balcony door, so if you wanted to take a afternoon nap on the sofa or lounge chair you had the full days sun light in your face. Also I did not notice this right away but the bed in the master bedroom did not have a head or foot board. There were just two big decorative pillows at the head of the bed. Outside of the condo the only other biggest negative was that there is not a Newman/Dailey office in the 30A area. It would have been nice if we would not have had to go out of our way deal with all the hassle of going into Destin on our first day to sign the paper work. We arrived at the rental office around 2:00 pm. I know check isn't until 3:00 to 5:00 but when I called ahead they said come on in and you can go ahead and take care of the paper work which we did. While I was there I asked how long before our unit would be ready. The person checking me in said they would just call us on our cell phone. I told them we would like to go to the grocery store if we had some time and asked if they would call the housekeeping crew to find out where they were on it. She did call on the radio and I heard the conversation. She was told it was being worked on right then so it should not be long. We got done shopping at 4:00 and still had not received a call so I called the office. The person I spoke to was rude and said they would call us. I finally convinced her to call housekeeping. Turns out it was ready.

This is one of the best vacations that our family of 5 has ever taken. Access to the beach was easy and close. We stayed in room #203. When we arrived it was just as we saw it online - a property with security gates, wonderful beds, stocked kitchen, and beautiful furniture. The only thing missing was it could have had full drapes on the back patio that could have been pulled closed at night. Newman Daily made our stay easy and fun with the "Funtastic" package they provided. We loved this property and we will be coming back again soon!

My girls and I love San Remo. It is located in the perfect spot for our fall vacations. We love the nearby shopping and dining. The condo facilities are wonderful. The pool area is really nice and the beach access is built for an easy walk with beach chairs. The security of the grounds is good and we feel very comfortable staying in this complex. The condos themselves could be furnished better. The first one we stayed in had very uncomfortable sitting furniture. This past October the furniture was comfortable, but the style was very "unbeachlike"....but who cares about furniture when the rest of the grounds and the beach are perfect!
