The layout and furnishings of the house were fantastic and the location is ideal. It is an easy walk to the famous Destin beaches yet close to all the other wonderful activities like golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. The neighborhood is very quaint and we enjoyed walking the street and viewing the other beach houses. Seven Palms is the perfect relaxing style of home that made for a great vacation. We will definitely return!

Thanks so much for this incredible house by the beach. The accommodations here for our two families of four couldn't have been more perfect. We're already looking forward to our next trip back to Destin!

To start, Seven Palms was great. It was a perfect size for 2 families with 3 kids each. The kids range from < 1 to 10 and they all had a wonderful time at the house and at Destin. The beach was just out of the quiet neighborhood and around the corner. The pool was nice and warm for our visit in March. The Gulf was chilly, but felt good as the outside temps were 75. There are tons of great restaurants just north of the house along the main highway. Not much along the beach near the house unless you want to walk a mile or more.
We loved having a keypad for the door to the house instead of having to carry a key around. The grill came in handy and there was plenty of kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc for all of us.
The rental agency was helpful but we disliked several things with their practices. First of all there was only a couple garbage bags and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Places I've stayed before supplied these things. Also there was no condiments, salt & pepper or spices. I guess I understand why they remove these but it would be nice to have them to begin with.
The agency also supplies an "amenity" card which has some nice perks like free mini-golf and go-cart rides at The Track. The card looks like a hotel key card and we couldn't figure out what it was used for. We were not told about this until our last day when I called to check out. They did feel bad about this and gave us a little gift card to use in the future.
Overall I would say the house, and Destin itself, were great for a family vacation. We have already talked about going back next spring break.

We stayed at Seven Palms for our snowbird vacation for two months. Thanks for allowing us to have this home as our home for sixty days, this beautiful home made our time so special. Destin is our favorite place! Thank you again for this lovely place!

Once again, we are bringing the new year in here in Destin! What a wonderful week of warm weather and fun we've had. We visited the beach and enjoyed shopping and a movie at Destin Commons. We've stayed in many homes over the years, but Seven Palms has been the most welcoming. It has truly felt like visiting someone's home. We appreciate you letting us enjoy our vacation here!

We stayed at Seven Palms for the month of November and we couldn't ask for anything better. The weather was great and the house was even better. We have stayed at various houses in this subdivision over the last 10 years and the Seven Palms house would have to be on the top on my list. The house has been updated and had everything that my wife and grandkids needed to enjoy our stay...

Seven Palms is a beautiful home! The cozy rooms and spacious entertainment area were a delight. We had eight people staying here and we all seemed to have our own space.
The quick walk to the pool and beach were walked everyday. The weather was perfect- our vacation away from our busy Wisconsin lives was much enjoyed!
We hope to do this again sometime!

Our family enjoyed spending time together here at Seven Palms. We played on the beach together and cooked dinner at the end of the day and spent our nights playing games and card games. Our family is grown and spread apart so it was really nice to be all in the same place at the same time!

This was our third family vacation to Destin and Seven Palms is our top favorite home. Seven Palms is so beautiful and wonderfully decorated- the master bedroom made our stay even more enjoyable (any room that allows for our children ages 7, 4, and 2 to all be "with mom and dad" is great!) The bathtub and shower allowed for quick bath time!
We look forward to coming next year!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the beach and the evening walks through the ocean view community gave us the opportunity to unwind. The open floor plan of this home gave us the chance to eat good meals together and laugh a lot as a family.

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Palms! The house was so beautiful and so nice! Everyday we loved coming home to this house. It is nice that there is a TV in every bedroom.
The neighborhood is very nice and it is in walking distance to almost anything (the beach, pool, etc.). We loved walking to the beach everyday! It's so relaxing! There were big bedrooms, which was nice, and the outdoor shower was handy when we got home from the beach.
This was a great place to stay in! Everybody is glad we chose it.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here in Crystal Beach and really enjoyed your beautiful beach house! Our teenage boys loved the great 50” TV in the family room. We’ve stayed in various hotels, condos, etc. over the years, but I can definitely say your home was the best we’ve had! Thank so much and we hope to visit Seven Palms again.

We enjoyed our stay at Seven Palms in mid January, 2011. This beach house was warm, cheerful, and inviting. We especially liked the choice of the two master suites, one upstairs and one on the main floor. The great room is bright and cheerful and we enjoyed the big flat screen TV to watch the NFL football playoff games! The kitchen is nice and big…love the granite and the big fridge! Proximity to the beach was super and Destin Commons has everything! Can’t wait to come back.
