Newman-Dailey always provides excellant service, which is why we are repeat customers. Stairway to Hammock Heaven is our favorite vacation house so far (this was our third trip to Destin) and we hope to return there frequently. The house had everything we needed, the patio and pool were fantastic, the balconies and (of course) the hammocks added alot of character and fun, and the location (proximity to beach and restaurants/shopping) could not have been better. It truly was a perfect week, made better by the perfect house!

We went down over the Thanksgiving holiday. The proximity to the beach was good and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a great size and we enjoyed using the grill. The factor that brought the whole experience down was the pool. We paid for it to be heated and it wasn't when we showed up. We called the office and they sent some one over to fix it. The heat was turned on, and then for some reason, around 4:30 in the afternoon it went off. The next day we called again to get the heat fixed in the pool. The guy showed up, didn't have what he needed so he left and never came back. While everything else was nice, the fact that we didn't have a heated pool at night was a real let down for the family considering we chose the house beacause of its heated pool.

We had fantastic weather. Visited the Gulfarium, caught crabs, built sand castles, golfed at the Links and plenty of shopping. The wagon you provide for the beach was a Godsend and the icemaker was heavily utilizied. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool, the hammocks and the house. When we come back we will be staying here again!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

The weather was hot, we swam, shopped, played games and enjoyed our time together. We discovered our love to be together again. The house is beautiful, nothing missing. The kids really enjoyed being at your home versus a condo. We love Destin and come every year for 25 years. Thank you for sharing your home.

Ideal family vacation

We started our day in the hammocks and ended our day in the hammocks eating popcorn. We swam, swam and swam even in the rain. While we were here we built sand castles and visited the Naval National Air Museum in Pensacola. Loved having the ice machine for our fresh brewed tea and lemonade. The house is very well equipped and ideal for a family vacation. Memories abound with my 3 year old and 7 year old grand daughters. Thank you.

The weather was perfect! We enjoyed the beach, movies, the beach, snorkelling, the beach. Ate at great restaurants and basically had the most wonderful vacation for 2 weeks. Your house is fantastic! We have loved staying here. So many great things about this house and just loved the hammocks and all the porches. Great idea to have the ice machine.

“The very best company to deal with”
My family and I have stayed at several different Newman-Dailey Properties in Destin, Florida for many years now.
We have always been treated so well ....they make everyone feel like they are special guests. The employees are so helpful,courteous and professional.
We are anxious awaiting to spend another week in Destin at the Stairway to Hammock Heaven home in April of next year.

Hammock to Heaven is pure Heaven
The community we were in looked like a dream land. Every house had some unique architecture and the colors were mostly all pastels. Each house also had a white picket fence and some like hours had swimming pool. Our house was absolutely beautiful and spotless. We stayed in the master bedroom upstairs which what very generous and also had a porch that led up to the stairway to hammock heaven. While in hammock heaven, so have a birds eye view on the entire subdivision as well as portions of the bay. Since we had a very laid back schedule, no one ever felt rushed. Kim and I walked down to the beach which was 1 block away.The sand was like walking on sugar and the water was Crystal clear. The house also came with gas grill, so the kids cooked for the adults one evening and the adults cooked for the kids one evening, Great time, great food, great friends!

What a beautiful home..
So spacious and perfect for families. Everything you could possibly need was provided.
So very close to the gulf and the pool was so much fun for the kids..The Hammock's were
such a treat and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view...
We have always dealt with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties ..Their staff is so helpful and took care of our every need...

Heaven on Earth
What a great place to stay! I came down with my son and two of his friends and had the most relaxing time. Destin is a great place to visit. Stairway to Hammock Heaven is the best!! Everything about the house is top notch. I loved the hammock chairs and spent many afternoons and evenings up there. Having the pool at the house was a bonus although it would have been better if we could have heated it. Overall, I LOVED Stairway to Hammock Heaven and would stay there again any time I come to Destin.

You ask and you shall receive. Stairway to Hammock Heaven has new owners who have put their heart and soul into this beautiful home. This house has under gone a complete renovation, same layout but completely new interior and exterior. You must see this house to appreciate everything they have done. New paint throughout, new mattresses & bedding, new furniture, new artwork, lots of personal touches and custom one-of-a-kind decor, shutters & patio furniture, and so much more. You will want to come back year after year!

I am very excited that this home will be under going a complete renovation - winter 2010. The new owner will be painting with colorful bright colors, new mattresses, new furniture, new TV's, new fixtures, new patio furniture and much more to come. Newman Dailey gives great service and their customer service is excellent. The house overall was good but a few items need a little attention. Paint peeling on cabinet drawers needed painting, bench in kitchen needed repair, upstairs tvs did not work, and all mattresses need replacing. The location was great near the beach. I liked best the great space of the house.
