I really enjoyed staying in Summer Breeze. I prefer the smaller complexes and first floor access from car is just a few feet from front door. Very clean complex and unit. Location is perfect just across from the beach and everything you need is close-by. I would definitely stay in this unit again and again. Kudos.

I have stayed at Summer Breeze several times. Its got nice condos for the money spent. The only negative to this condo, is it could use a deep cleaning. It had a musty smell upon arrival, but with the help of a candle it went away.

No complaints at all.Bed was comfortable.
Pool and ocean location is perfect.

It has been several years since we stayed at a Newman-Dailey Resort property but the service we received has not changed. The staff were extremely helpful from making our reservation to check in. The condo was small but just the right size for the two of us. We felt right at home. The location was quiet which is just what we wanted. The pool was very nice and the location to the beach was great. (just a short walk). We were close to Pompano Joe's restaurant and ate there several times. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Can't wait to go back.

This was the second time I have stayed at Summer Breeze, I love the location and the Condomuniums. My First visit there was a couple years ago and it was wonderful. When I came back in June of 2009, the Condo had an odor and the bedding smelled awful. The comforter smelled so bad we had to take it off the beds, especially the bunk beds. The Condo was fairly clean other than the bedding.
I do love the Condo's and will be returning, but I think that the Bedding should be cleaned more often and maybe some air freshners in each room.
I do love staying there, it is a great location, because we enjoy the beach and the great places to eat and shop.

Our Annual Family Vacation

My family loves the white sand and emerald waters of Destin, so we go every year! We always rent thru Newman-Dailey because we like the amenities they offer. My husband gets to golf and fish, the kids get the Track, and I get Beach service included! We choose Summer Breeze for the close proximity to the beach and Silver Sands Shopping! This is our 16th year in Destin!

The decorations,etc. in unit 103 were great! They did a great job with that and the ammenities were the same. We have stayed in units 303, 202, 101, 105 and several others, but 103 didn't do such a good job on the mattresses. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The fold out couch might as well not even had a mattress on it...it was so thin. It really needs a thicker mattress. We did not sleep well at all in this unit. They need to think about upgrading in that area. That was the only problem. Thanks.

We have been return visitors of Newman-Daily for a long time and most of our stays have been at Summer Breeze. We have stayed in many of the units but I guess our favorite is 104. The closeness of the pool and the ocean is terrific. We always feel at home at Summer Breeze. I love to walk and I have a route down pat and I always feel safe and like we belong. We also love the closeness of the eating establishments. My husband and I both recommend this condimium.

This is are eigth year staying at summer breeze. we enjoy ourself every year. We will be coming back for a ninth year. Some of the rooms need to be updated.
