Thanks to your staff, we were able to move from 306 to l04,the remainder of our vacation.Condition, decor, cleanliness was up to par, location for the unit was great, courtesy and friendlyness of staff and helpfull, We enjoyed beach service

We always have the best a summer breeze unit 104, this year it was good but it needs some updates. bed mattres, bunk beds and couch. we have been staying at summer breeze about 15 years, most of the time it is unit 104. we like it for the grand kids and the pool.just right out the door, can always see the kids.everything about it is very convent for us, we are retired now, and like for things to be close by. we just love and can't wait to get back. thank you very much Newman Daily for the good times for us and our family. We have been visiting the Summer Breeze condos about 9 years now. We have made it a tradition over the years, along with our good friends and their family! We love that it is an intimate setting. In the evenings we love to bar-b-que while the kids play in the pool and the views are amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Inexpensive, convient location and clean

We enjoyed the convience of being right at the pool and still could veiw the beach. Small unit but clean and inexpensive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could make it better is take out the carpet and cloth furniture. We prefer something that is wipeable.

We have been dealing with Newman Dailey for 15 years or more. we are very happy with them. we love to stay at Summer Breeze unit 104, but this year 104 was not as comfortable as it has always been. but we was still very happy and will return as often as we can, I am sure we will be back for Thanksgiving and also Christmas, But 104 is very nice and we always try to get that unit

Loved the location. One complaint: I was expecting the washer & dryer to be in the unit and not outside/coin operated. A hassle I was not expecting.

Thc couch and chair need to be replced badly. I put a sheet on them rather than sit on them.
The chairs outside need to be sanded and painted.
Can't wait to get back to Summer Breeze next Summer!

This was our second year at Summer Breeze and we will definitely be back. It was our first year in 104 and we were happy that we selected it. The amenities were great - our kids were happy and entertained the entire time. It was lovely to have the porch looking right out onto the pool. Our only complaint is the pull-out couch. The mattress is unbearably uncomfortable, even when placed directly onto the floor. The cushions have also seen better days. Despite that issue, we will still request 104 when we return. Thanks for the great vacation!
great, relaxing stay

Location is perfect-no sand in car. Loved having the pool right off the patio.
Home was cozy and had all the basics we needed.
Amenities were bit of a pain to claim and we ended up being charged for 'free' kid fish that we didn't make it to the location on time.
Very convenient!
