My family and I enjoyed staying in this Condo. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the beach. I recommend the entire property 'Summer Breeze' to anyone who will be visiting Destin. Location is great and property & beach is well maintained.

I thought this was a really nice place to stay. It was very clean and decorated nicely. It seemed to be fairly recently updated and was not worn out. There was enough room for our family and was very convenient to the pool and to the beach. We were there for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The kitchen had all the cooking items you could need. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location all around. Beach right across the street, pool directly behind condo, we swam in the ocean in the afternoon and back at the pool in the evening...perfect.
Resort is well maintained and clean and quiet even with the proximity to the main road (old hwy 98)
Will be staying here again upon our return to Destin

My family has rented from Newman-Dailey in the past and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences! This was our first stay at Summer Breeze, and it is perfect for a small family. The location of the condo was great - my children love the immediate access to the pool area! My husband and I also enjoyed that we could sit on our porch and still supervise our daughter swimming! The beach access was great as well!

We loved staying in this comdominium! It was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk out the back to the pool area and the short walk across the street to the beautiful beach! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

This was our first time at Destin and it was a great experience for us. The condo location was great- an easy walk down to the beach, shops and dining establishments. The pool was right outside our patio and we could see the gulf from the patio also. The heated pool was indeed heated, unlike some of the others in the area. There were just two of us in the condo, not sure how it would have been if you had older kids with you. Young kids would have loved the hallway bunk beds and the closeness to the pool. Newman-Dailey was a wonderful company to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo and Newman-Dailey
