Summer Breeze 210

The only thing we were not satisfied with was there were no washer and dryer in the room, but other than that it was very nice.

Second time my wife and I have stayed at Summer Breeze. Enjoy the location even if it is not on the beach. Park is directly across the street with easy access. Unit 210 has a view of the water and is away from road noise.I would stay in this unit again.

The rooms were clean and the view was pretty good. The living room and balcony space was ample. The decor was inviting. The laundry was convenient. The place was just as described on the website. This is the second time we've been to Summer Breeze. The place is great for families and has easy access to the beach. The beach "setup" was a great plus since we hate dragging an umbrella and chairs around. The water and beach were perfect - clean and clear, not too noisy. The lifeguard was a nice addition. Some downers - the first hose spot was not working, the view of the beach from this particular unit was partially obscured by the pool house and some of the neighbors stayed up late by the pool so the balcony became less of a getaway. The kitchen was lacking in good serving utensils and some of them were worn out. The appliances were good. One of the pans was warped and made cooking more challenging. The mattress on the fold out sofa was only comfortable for the 6 year old in our family. The 10 and 14 year olds complained that the springs were in their backs. The bathroom could have been better stocked with a few extra towels. Overall though the pluses outweighed the minuses. A good

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. The 1-bedroom unit was enough room for our 2 adults and 1 child. I would not recommend booking for the maximum capacity, however--6 adults, I believe. The location was perfect--just a few steps from the beach and just down from one of our favorite casual places to eat in the area--Pompano Joe's, which is right on the beach. We rarely ventured away from that small area. We did take advantage of the freebies for the race track/entertainment park. We picked up our ticketsand saved them for our last night, which made for a fun, almost free night.

My husband and I have brought our grand daughter, Hailey to Summer Breeze for 7 years. We have some friends who come at the same time with their grand daughter and the kids (who are now 13 years old) say its a tradition and we always have to stay there. Condo 210 was very nice. Recently redecorated. I really liked the fact that they had flooring througout the condo instead of carpet.

Great stay..comfortable bed...clean....right across street from beach, so u get the stay-on-the-beach feel without the stay-on-the-beach price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze #210. The view of the gulf was inspiring every morning, our grandkids loved the heated pool. This was our 5th trip to Destin since 1998, we love the beaches, resturants, shopping, golf, and beach walks. Beats a Michigan winter any day. Mark & Linda Van Eizenga
