We loved our stay at Summer Breeze in 303..found it comfortable and clean. Our service by Newman Daily was great-when we had problem, they were quick to send us help which was a blessing. We had other family members staying at Summer Breeze also but we had the nicest condo with the best view. All in all it was so good that we would like to come back for a longer stay next year

We will not stay on the 3rd floor and climb 32 steps in 100 degree temp anymore. This just worn us out for my husband and me both are 64 years old.We did enjoy the view of the Gulf. We would like to come back some day.

The condo was nice. Great location. It was in a quiet location. Yes, you did have to cross the road to get to the beach, but it was very light traffic or no traffic at all. We had a problem with the a/C as soon as we arrived, but they sent someone to fix it immediately. The only problem we had was the beach service. You never could locate them. I even started at 7 am and still never found anyone. After waiting and asking everyone if they were part of the beach service crew, we finally moved the chairs and umbrella ourselves. Of course that is when the beach service man found us and spoke to us very ugly.

My sisters and I along with a great friend of mine spent our summer vacation at Summer Breeze this year. It was the absolute perfect place to stay! We could not have asked for better! The view was priceless, the location was amazing, and the condo was a great place to come home to!!
The only suggestion I have is if there are more than two people staying you'll need extra trash bags and toilet paper.
I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone, and we will be back again next year!

This was a great place to stay. My boys enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony. We had a great time and enjoyed the free tickets Newman Daily gave us will our rental.

It was a decent place and very convenient eventhough it was across the street from the beach, and we had 2 babies with us! We had a nice view of the beach as well. However, it needs a decor update. Overall, nice place and would stay again.

The property was clean and well kept. Their were not alot of teens on site which I really enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends.
