It was an unexpected added plus to have the amenities of free beach chairs and free tickets to the various diversions available there. Having our little welcome packet of cleaning supplies, etc. was very thoughtful as well.
The condo was very well kept and well stocked. Our only complaint was that we had to climb two sets of stairs to get to our unit, but it was a very minor detail.
I would definitely book a condo through Newman-Dailey again. Everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us.

We have stayed in Summer Breeze before, though in a different unit. Since that unit was unavailable for our dates, we chose this unit. Overall, our experience was nice. The unit was not clean when we arrived, which was a nuisance more than anything. Newman Dailey was quick to resolve the issue.

Service from Newman-Dailey was very good at the begining, but when we encountered a problem, they offered no help at all. The condo had the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever experienced. It was a futon sofa, very hard and stained. Two wicker chairs with no padding and the bed was very soft. I slipped and fell in the bath tub and felt the overall condition of the condo was poor. The floors were dirty and in need of some major updating. The location was very good and the amenities were a pleasant surprise. The location was the best about the condo and the furniture was by far the worst!
The people that own this condo need to be asked to update the condo and the furnishings in particular. Otherwise, I would suggest that newman-daily does not risk their name and continue to rent this to unsuspecting guest such as us!
ALso, when a problem occurs, I feel some type of monetary return should be expected.

This is the second time we have been back to Summer Breeze. We were
recommended by a friend to book our stay through Newman Dailey and I am
so glad we did. From viewing the individual condos online to having someone
live to speak with and answer my questions was great. Everyone at Newman
Dailey has been super friendly and helpful which makes for a wonderful trip.
We love the location and ease of Summer Breeze. Fantastic view from our
balcony, great price, great for small family. Another review said #306 was not
clean, but that must have been addressed as the condo was very clean and
bright. All it needs is a Mr. Clean magic eraser to take away some marks on
the wall by the bunk beds. If you are looking for a family friendly, cozy place
to chill out at the pool, beach or even have a cook-out, then this is it. Go
online to check out the individual condos as the units are individually owned
so some units are much nicer than others. We love the access to Pompano Joe's
and the beautiful beach the most, I just wish we had more time to chill out. We
will definitely be back!

I was dissappointed with the staff at Newman-dailey. After driving from Tx to FL, I expected to have my condo ready for my arrival. Upon arrive, I cannot find my key at the agree location. It took two phone call and two hrs waiting time, before someone from Newman-dailey to call me back with my key location. I did not get into my condo until about 2 a.m.

Summer Breeze were a perfect location to enjoy all Destin had to offer.The room was nice and the kids loved the bunk beds.As a parent I loved the amenities program it really saved us alot of money. My family can wait for our next Destin vacation.We will be using Newmwn-Dailey again.

This was a good place to stay if you wanted to be right on the beach and we did. I didn't want a place that I would feel obligated to enjoy all the extras since I paid for them. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach. The chairs and umbrella were great as well. We may stay here again, but maybe no on the third floor.

Very nice place, Condo located just a few short steps from the beach. The grounds and pool were kept in immaculate shape during the entire week we were there. The Condo itself is nicely decorated with a really well stocked kitchen (utensils and such). The old Goldstar TV in the living room was giving us trouble when we first arrived and was replaced with a 32" LCD HDTV the following day. The Condo is within easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants and across the street from Pompano Joe's. The traffic gets hectic at times, but, that just shows how popular the area is!

We stayed from May 31-June 4th.....We really had a great time.....The room was very clean and comfortable. My girls didnt wanna leave. It was in a geat location. Only about 15 minutes from the waterpark and there were shops for souvenirs only a few blocks away. I think the next time I will request a unit downstairs by the pool. Other than that it was perfect

This was my 8th time staying at SummerBreeze, although my first time in this condo. I was not satisfied at all. The condo seemed not kept up or maintained. The condo had an odor when we arrived and was very dirty. This unit definatly needs a new paint job and a thorough cleaning of everything including ceiling fans, and doors.

We love the condo here and it's perfect location to the beach and favorite nearby restaurants to walk to. We also love that we can safely walk miles and miles of sidewalks and enjoy the beautiful nearby homes and the beach. Can't wait until we return in the spring again.

My family and I had a great time while staying at the Summer Breeze property located directly across from the Beach. Looking out on the beach from our balcony every morning and evening always left us with a good feeling. We visited the beach everyday and night. We would definately love to visit next summer.
