  This was the second time I have stayed at Summer Breeze, I love the location and the Condomuniums. My First visit there was a couple years ago and it was wonderful. When I came back in June of 2009, the Condo had an odor and the bedding smelled awful. The comforter smelled so bad we had to take it off the beds, especially the bunk beds. The Condo was fairly clean other than the bedding. I do love the Condo's and will be returning, but I think that the Bedding should be cleaned more often and maybe some air freshners in each room. I do love staying there, it is a great location, because we enjoy the beach and the great places to eat and shop. The owner has replaced the master bedroom and sofa sleeper mattresses and this should make a huge difference. The bedding in this unit is all new and fresh. We have stayed in units 303, 202, 101, 105 and several others, but 103 didn't do such a good job on the mattresses. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The fold out couch might as well not even had a mattress on it...it was so thin. It really needs a thicker mattress. We did not sleep well at all in this unit.
