Location, location, location! We were so happy to be footsteps away from the beach and even enjoyed the view from our balcony. The condo was very roomy and pleasant. We enjoyed having the kitchenette and the bunk beds were a plus - perfect for kids! The only thing I was bothered by was the cleanliness. When we arrived into Destin, we were told the condo wasn't ready, but would be within the hour. We got a call 45 minutes later letting us know it was ready. I'm not sure that the whole place could be decently cleaned in that short amount of time, but it did look ok. The dining table was quite dusty and the bunk beds were barely made - so I was a little weary about their cleaning habits. I also think these condos need to be updated on the inside - furniture/colors, etc. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay at Summer Breeze. They have everything you need for your stay and the views are spectacular! : )

The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of four. The children enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds, and it was nice for us to have our own bedroom. The condo was clean, had no bugs and the folks at the rental office were very friendly and helpful. We had a great weekend get away in the condo! Unfortunately, the condo had an overwhelming mildew odor which hit me in the face every time I opened the door, and didn't go away, but was minimized when they had someone spray something to help with the odor. However, as someone with an allergy to mildew, I was still effected by its presence. The carpet seems to be in need of replacement, which may be the source of the mildew smell. I would use the realty company again, but not sure I would stay in this exact condo again.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was nice and provided everything we needed. We also received several discounts on the water parks, golf courses, dinners etc. We will definately go back again!!

I have never stayed with Newman Dailey Resorts before. ?The receptionist at the office offered great customer service. ?The Funtastic program was great for my family. ?We used the tickets to the Track & the free admission to the water park. ?We had a great time and plan on renting this unit again. Thanks!
