Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms with picture perfect decors. Sky blue walls and a nautical theme of shells and seabirds along with luxury embroidered linens outfit the north bedroom, while rich reds and golds with a warm wood furniture collection dress the master bedroom. Each room has a flat screen TV and the living room downstairs also has a huge 46" Sony flat screen TV.

Dining for nine, a laundry area and fully stocked kitchen wrapped up in a chocolate and sky blue walls will make everyone feel at ease, almost like home but better! Out the patio doors is a perfectly manicured back yard with a grill and a bird fountain. The pool and common area are the center of the Summerhouse townhomes. A rolling grassy knoll along with palm trees and tropical foliage provide a great space to play football with the kids. We enjoyed our stay in your home. It was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The AC worked great which I really appreciated. Everything worked great and we liked the keypad entry instead of a key. The pool was also very clean. We have four girls and they liked having three TV's so they could enjoy their own shows. We had a great experience at your home. We had 3 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room, 2 kids stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. I stayed with my 5yr old and 8yr old in the room with the queen bed, it was beautiful. The master bedroom held my parents and one child. What a wonderful vacation condo. We enjoyed teh closeness to the pool and walking distance to the beach. The washer and dryer came in handy for wet towels and swimsuits. This is by far the BEST house we have been in. Your home is beautiful and unique in everyway. Thank you for sharing a little bit of your home with us. Love your home. We can tell you really put thought into having people here to rent your beautiful place. We have been coming here (Destin) since '99. We love it here. We loved it that you have a nice washer & dryer just like at home. We used HE detergent. Your kitchen is very well equipped! We had another wonderful visit to Florida. As usual it went way too fast. Tomorrow we will be leaving to head back to Des Moines after a fun filled spring break. The weather wasn't as cooperative as we would have liked but we still spent plenty of time on the beach. We went parasailing with Gilligans and on a Dolphin cruise in Panama City with Blue Dolphin tours. We also visited Shell Island. The townhouse was everything it was advertised to be.
