We had the best stay ever at Miramar Beach.

The location is within walking distance to the beach. In fact, we walked there several times. You really need to walk since parking spaces vanish in a rush. The rooms looked attractive and had all the comforts of home. We didn't use the kitchen much, unlike what we had planned, but it had everything you could need to prepare a good meal. We prefer to stay at a place like this because it is more private than a hotel room.
We look forward to staying here next year!!!

What a great vacation we had! The house looks even better in real life than in pictures. It is really clean and fully equipped. Thanks for taking the effort in making everyone's vacation unforgettable.

We came down from Tulsa, Oklahoma and had a really nice time- enjoyed walking to the beach every day! The house is beautiful and was very accommodating.

My BFF(Angela) and I loved 'SummerHouse 23'!! It was beautifully decorated, close to everything We Wanted to do and Extremely Comfortable. It was like we never left home!!! The ladies at Newman-Dailey were Very Nice and helpful from the phone reservation to check-in, thank you. Our kids loved being that close to the beach and we never had to move my SUV unless we wanted to.:)
Angela and I only saw 2 things wrong. 1- the ants in the kitchen greeted us at the door and 2-we didn't have an access code to the beach to open the gates.
Now, we did like have a code for the front door instead of keys. Smart thinking on that one. Over all, neither one of us the kids or the adults didn't want to leave!!!
I'm definitely going to have to take my husband next time;) Thank you for a wonderfully BFF Weekend...Xoxox!!!

This vacation rental was one of the best choices we ever made. The home was beautiful, well equipped and felt like a second home to us. We had a blast this past few days and am already planning to come back next year & rent this exact rental. We leave tomorrow and am already counting the days.

We enjoyed our stay in your home. It was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The AC worked great which I really appreciated. Everything worked great and we liked the keypad entry instead of a key. The pool was also very clean. We have four girls and they liked having three TV's so they could enjoy their own shows.

What a wonderful vacation condo. We enjoyed the closeness to the pool and walking distance to the beach. The washer and dryer came in handy for wet towels and swimsuits. We felt very at home here, we even used the pancake griddle for a wonderful breakfast one morning. We hope to return very soon.

We had a great experience at your home. We had 3 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room, 2 kids stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. I stayed with my 5yr old and 8yr old in the room with the queen bed, it was beautiful. The master bedroom held my parents and one child. We had the time of our life and would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with our family.

This is by far the BEST house we have been in. Your home is beautiful and unique in everyway. Thank you for sharing a little bit of your home with us. Tomorrow we will be leaving to head back to Des Moines after a fun filled spring break. The weather wasn't as cooperative as we would have liked but we still spent plenty of time on the beach. We went parasailing with Gilligans and on a Dolphin cruise in Panama City with Blue Dolphin tours. We also visited Shell Island. The townhouse was everything it was advertised to be. I was especially impressed with all the appliances and gadgets available. Thanks!

Love your home. We can tell you really put thought into having people here to rent your beautiful place. We have been coming here (Destin) since '99. We love it here. We loved it that you have a nice washer & dryer just like at home. We used HE detergent. Your kitchen is very well equipped! We had another wonderful visit to Florida. As usual it went way too fast. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
