The service received was exceptional, the house was the right size for two small families (5 adults - 4 children) this house is located just few steps away from the comunity pool and walking distance from the beach (beautiful beach BTW). We enjoy the stay and would recomend to everyone.

Great location for us.Good for one week. Have 5 in party so some closeness in kitchen and living room. Nice and clean.
If only I could have stayed longer.

The house and location were amazing. The house was in immaculate condition with everything we needed for a relaxing get-away.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and very close to the beach however they were few things that could easily be improved.
- The net that supports the mattress on the sofa-bed upstairs was ripped so the mattess at the bottom of the bed did have support and it would just fall to the floor. We had to put the mattess on the floor so that a person could sleep there.
- One of the large coils of the stove did not work and 2 more would barely get warm, leaving us with only one useful coil to cook. It took us a long time to cook our food.
- There was only one teflon pan, the other ones did not have any teflon making it more difficult to serve the food and clean.
- There were no smalls pans to make a fried egg or pancakes.
- The glass tray of the microwave was missing.
- The house was clean but it could have been better. The rug from the master bedroom was full of sand when we arrived.

Staying for a month, for the first time, was a concern. This home made the transition quite easy. It was a well kept property, full of lots of room, clean, tons of dishes, cutlery, etc. Very comfortable. Close (walkable) to a couple of good seafood restaurants. Close to the ocean, as well. A very quiet area, located on a cul-de-sac, so traffic was minimal. Five minute drive to groceries, shopping, movies, and more restaurants.
One small problem with the refridgerator was looked after by ND the same day. Check in and departure was a breeze.
Hopefully looking at 6 weeks next year.

Enjoyed our stay in 'Sunset Dreams" with our kids and grandchildren...house layout worked well for us...decks on first level and second level were used...nice master suite...plenty of room for 7 of us..we are accustomed to staying in condos during beach vacations...however our kids enjoyed the amenities offered by staying in 'Sunset Dreams'...we enjoyed having the access to the pool and tennis courts...we had reasonable access to the beach area..nearby restaurants and shopping were enjoyed by all of us.. Would stay here again...

The Sunset Dreams in Terra Cotta was perfect for my family. The home had everything we needed in terms of furniture, appliances, utensils, pots, toiletries, etc. It was in walking distance to the beach and is in an area that wasn't very congested. We chose to drive a short distance.
We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Newman Dailey throughout the entire process (i.e from the Online Chats, registration process, and checkin/checkout).

We thought the home was beautiful and very throughly furnished from the generous amount of towels down to the pleasant surprise of the ice cream scoop in the utensil drawer. The staff at Newman-Dailey were always available to answer any questions and the location was perfect!It was nice to feel like you were in a comfortable home setting at the end of a busy day.It gave our small grandchildren a place to run around as opposed to the small quarters we are used to in a motel. The toys and games were so appreciated and we certainly used all of them.The only complaint that I even remotely had was that the "Funtastic Package" was unclear and a little misleading, but nothing to upsetting that would keep us from staying there again. Almost a perfect 10!

OUR FAMILY CHOSE SUNSET DREAMS BECAUSE IT WAS A HOUSE INSTEAD OF A ROOM OR CONDO AND ALSO THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. WHAT WE DIDN'T KNOW WAS JUST HOW CLOSE IT WAS TO THE BEACH, WE COULD EITHER WALK OR DRIVE. THERE ARE FIVE MEMBERS IN MY FAMILY AS WELL AS MY BROTHER-IN-LAW AND SISTER-IN-LAW THAT WENT WITH US. WE WERE ABLE TO ALL BE TOGETHER BUT YET WE HAD SEPARATE ROOMS FOR PRIVACY. WE CHOSE TO MAKE OUR OWN BREAKFAST EACH MORNING AND ONE NIGHT WE GRILLED STEAKS FOR SUPPER BY CANDLELIGHT (WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE). WE HAD A GREAT NEIGHBOR! SHE LIVED THERE IN THE SUBDIVISION AND SHE MADE US FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS GREAT TOO! WE APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY AT SUNSET DREAMS AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Sunset Dreams was a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and everything was in good working condition. The neighbors were welcoming and it was conventiently located to local attractions. It was great place to spend our vacation! We plan to return in the future.
