A kitchen that opens up to a restful living room and dining room has dining for ten and patio doors to the second deck overlooking the Gulf. Special touches like a hand-painted armoire, cozy patio furniture and tropical foliage couches make the common areas very inviting. A master bedroom with yet another balcony rests on the third floor. It's pale yellow walls and beautiful linens only compliment the stunning view from the private sun deck. However, a unique element of architecture can be found on the very first floor - a totally separate apartment! It enjoys a bright and summery color scheme along with the largest deck. You don 't ever have to go up stairs considering that it has its own kitchenette and bathroom. Now all the cousins, aunts and uncles can vacation together and never get on each others' nerves since everyone will have their own space to escape to. In the rare event that having your own spot on the beach gets boring, there is always the palm tree lined pool deck just waiting for you to relax on.
