The house was nice, we took a large extended family and had plenty of room for everyone and did not feel crammed. The house was clean with plenty of utensils in the kitchen to cook for as many family as we had with us. The location was good. Wish that the patio furniture was better, but it was ok. The master king suite we stayed in was supper nice. The beds were very comfortable. Newman Dailey was wonderful and when we had a concern they took care of it promptly. The only problem we encountered the whole trip was there was some small ants in two bedrooms, however, someone came out and sprayed and fixed the problem. Plan on staying in this home again. The rooms were big, clean and nice. The location for the pool and beach were perfect! The location for things we wanted to do was perfect. The restaurant across the street was good as well. I will definitely go back so will my family. Thanks is all I can say!!!

Large home that can easily accommodate 16 people. great location, accross the street from a wonderful beach. The house is slightly old and we had some issues with a TV and a grill, however, both problems were very quickly taken care of and resolved to our satisfaction. The pool was heated upon our arrival, which makes it great for the children to swim especially that the ocean water at this time of the year is cold. The location is also very central, close to the outlet mall, the open air mall, Publix, Winn Dixie, and many restaurants. The Newman Dailey staff were very helpful and courteous.

The location is great. The size and convenience is fine for a large family gathering. The space in the garage was great for keeping all our outside toys, coolers, and other stuff out of our way. We had some problems that we had to report during our stay. But the response to them was immediate and well intentioned. `The air conditioning unit did not keep the unit cool enough. The temperature got to 81 in the afternoon and evening. We called to ask for help and were brought fans, but were told there was nothing else that could be done. The washer leaked and the next day they brought a new one, so that response was great. The dryer took a really long time to dry, so we tried to air dry towels as much as possible. We were told that we would have 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas with them. They were great when we got them but the young man who took care of them was grouchy and unless we came early in the day we actually didn't get the chairs. We were told we could keep them until 5 but he folded and put them away as early as 3:30.

Not only was the house fantastic, roomy, and very clean, but the people at Newman-Dailey were true professionals. Smooth check-in, great stay, and easy check-out. We will be returning for sure!!

May family and friends had an absolutely wonderful time the week we stayed in Destin. It was our second stay. I can't wait until summer again for stay number 3. The location is perfect. It is so close to the beach and has a pool next door and Pompano Joe's just across the street with food and drinks. I look forward to our next stay. Many memories made that we laugh about all year. Wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful time here at the Trinidad! Our house was the home for the bride while the Martinique was the home for the groom! The only day we had rain was the day of the wedding! The beach was fantastic! Have fun!
