This house was the absolute perfect place for us to celebrate my last weekend as a single lady! Perfect!! We had such a great time and felt like we were livin' in luxury! We really hope to come back soon! Thank you for letting us stay here- many wonderful memories were made!

The house is beautiful. The furnishings are wonderful. Love the tile floors and the counter tops. The only negative thing I can say is that the floors and carpet could be a little cleaner.

We have rented vacation homes in several locations. The size of the home was great for 16 people and the amenities were nice. The house could have been cleaner. There were spots on tile floors, sand downstairs and rugs were filthy.
For this size house, the kitchen could use better utensils...pots, pan & knives, etc. for cooking. The microwave died on the first day but managers delivered a counter top for use.

My family and I loved the house we stayed in. We rented a house last year down the way and we thought we were in heaven. When we arrived at our house this year, we were so excited. The house was wonderful. We were in heaven this year! The door didn't lock so we called and the problem was fixed right away. Great service while we were there. We went across to the beach and the chairs were waiting on us and we were checked on to make sure we were fine or needed anything. The location to the beach was great since we had children (6) with us, ages from 15 years to 20 months. The walk wasn't to far from the house to the beach, a plus!!! I can't say anything bad about the house, the service, or the beach. I can say "Thank goodness the tar wasn't there when we were!" We had a great time!

Under the Tuscan Sun provided a beautiful location for the entire family to spend a week near the Destin beach. With 10 of us, 3 grown children, spouses and grandchildren, we each had sufficient privacy with plenty of common area. The large well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for our group as well as providing room to host a party for about 50 friends to celebrate the engagement of our son to his beautiful girlfriend. The grand children loved the pool. It was only a short walk to the beach. The rooms are tastefully appointed and the elevator made it easy to get the luggage to the top floor.

We had family from Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC drive to Destin, FL. on Friday, July 3rd. Saturday we had trouble with the dishwasher and the TV in the den. I called the office Sunday morning, not expecting service until Monday, and there was a service man at our door Sunday morning at 10:30am. He fixed everything, WHAT SERVICE!
Under The Tuscan Sun is a wonderful home and we all loved the accomodations. The only complaint we had was the mattresses. They all sounded like they had plastic around them, but they did not.
The location from the house to the beach was perfect and you could not ask for better amenities. The set ups on the beach were always there and Mathew took very good care of us. We took advantage of the golf, water park, and swimming with the dolphins.
Under The Tuscan Sun really felt like home. With four families, we all had plenty of room and we were able to all congregate in the kitchen where everyone bonds the most. What a vacation, it was AWESOME! This was our first time to Destin and we will be back!
Destin was nice , but stressed about washer not getting fixed.

The house was great! Our family had alot of fun. The one complaint I have is our washer tore up the first night we were there. I called Newman Daily and reported it. Our washer did not get fixed until the night before left. With sixteen people we all packed planning we would have a washer. My brother had to leave a day early because of it because his kids ran out of cloths. The lady at newman daily offered to wash our cloths, but my family did not want someone else washing their garments. When you spend 5,100.00 you just expect to have the luxury to have a washer.

We had our entire family along with wives and grandchildren (19) stay at this lovely residence. The children loved having the pool so close yet so safe. The spacious rooms with abundant light provided a great atmosphere. Everything was user friendly and convenient. The pull out bed on the bottom flood was ready not usable... no matter, we made due and had a great vacation!

We had 8 adults and 6 children aged 4 through 11 who stayed in this property for a week and it was just about perfect! Our favorite things were the third floor bedroom and bath, the first floor media room (where the kids spent most of their time), the big icemaker, the swimming pool, the elevator and the large second floor kitchen, eating areas and den. Had trouble with the elevator and the dishwasher but N/D was quick to respond. Disappointed that dishwasher couldn't be fixed since previous guests mentioned it too. Short walk to beach was nice and private access to beach was wonderful! Loved the beach service! A few more trashcans (especially in baths) and two sets of towels and washcloths would have been nice. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay in this property again! Newman-Dailey was pleasant to work with and did their best to make our stay enjoyable! I would have no hesitation in using Newman-Dailey for any vacation rentals in the future.

Tuscan Under the Sun was outstanding with all of the extras. It was beautifully decorated and well kept. The beds were all to soft for my family's taste but otherwise it was wonderful. We would stay here again without any hesitation because every person in our party had a great time. Newman-Dailey was great to work with, they were very professional and helpful.

This property was the best rental home we have ever had. It was large,
comfortable and spotless. The televisions, sound systems and pool
were all perfect. With an easy walk to the private beach and the

The Destin location was convenient for family coming from North Carolina and Texas. Our ages ranged from 10 months to age 69. There was adequate space and we used every "nook and crannie".
The Newman-Dailey office was extremely accommodating!

First of all Kobi is the BEST agent at Newman Dailey. She has bent over backward to make sure that everything is always just spectacular for our family. This property was absolutely wonderful and we could not have had a better time. The bedrooms are spacious and while wonderful, nothing compares to the extra large kitchen and great room. All of us could be in there together and not get in each other's way. This vacation was absolutely by far the best we have ever had.

I have already discussed my issues with the house with Newman Dailey. We will not use Newman Dailey again for a vacation rental.
