I always love staying at the windancer 212. The view of the sunrise and incredible sunset is beyond belief. I would love to own a condo at this establishment. The location is walking distance to grocery store, as well as outlet mall. The perfect vacation or getaway guaranteed everytime.

We stayed for the week of July 4th and had a great time. We are a family of 6 with kids between 7 and 2. We had plenty of room for the week and did not feel cramped in any way. The pictures are accurate of the room and decor. The beach was nice and the staff for the beach umbrellas was always friendly. Also with this being a "private" beach and being on the southern end of the strip you do not end up with large groups that can be a pain.
When Checking in the staff was very friendly and pointed out some areas for us. They made you feel welcome and appreciated.
The area had plenty to do even for us with smaller kids. Now being that we went on the busiest week of the summer the towns and attractions were packed, but we expected that.
The only thing keep us from giving 5 stars is two things. One being the bathrooms and showers. They were for the most part clean but in need or some wall patching, caulking, and new paint. The last thing would be the price is a little high as we found out later. Another 60 miles south we could have had a similar place or even larger for half the price.
Would we stay again...yes...if the price was to come down some. If not we would just drive a little further south. But if the Destin area is where you want to be, but still have some privacy this could be your place!

This was our 2nd time to stay at a Newman-Dailey property...our previous vacation rental experience with them in 2010 was flawless from start to finish!
The Newman-Dailey staff is so friendly and helpful and all of the work is done for you. All you have to do is check in, pick up your housing information and start relaxing!
My family was very pleased with this condo. It is located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach and has easy access to the beach.
The interior of the condo is decorated very nicely with a bright color scheme and we immediately felt as if we were at "home".
We also liked the fact that it is located on a secluded, dead end street with no traffic or large crowds to worry about and there was plenty of free parking.
The condo is also convenient to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet and Winn Dixie, which are both right down the street.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation experience at this location and would definitely stay here again! :-)

We have vacationed in Destin many times over the last 25 yrs but had never stayed in a Newman-Daily property. The reservation experience was easy and Debbie was very helpful and friendly. Wd 212 was perfect for us and in a great location. A small complex with easy access to the beach is important to us! We will be back!
All great except for the cleanliness of the unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Windancer. Our unit was large and had a great balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. Even though it was cold during our stay, the pool was heated and that allowed me to get in my exercise routine. The only problem was that the unit was not very clean. I didn't want to use the Jacuzzi bath because it looked so unsanitary. The floors were sticky, as were the kitchen cabinets. The bed and furinture were very comfortable. All would be just great if it had been cleaner. Will stay again and bring my own cleaning supplies, if we drive.

The service we received from the Newman-Dailey office in Destin exceeded our expectations.
Windancer #212 has a fabulous view and also has all the comforts of home.
We enjoyed our visit so much we can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Windancer Condominium. Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. Its location on the beach was perfect. We have recommended the Windancer to our family and friends. We are looking forward to coming back next summer.

Overall my experience with the home was good. I really enjoyed the view and location - the major factor in choosing the unit in the first place. On the second night my mother-in-law whispered to me that a mouse was under the couch. I have two small children (ages 4 and 7) which would not be able to sleep knowing such so I stayed up and much to my suprise I seen three of them - two of which I dispatched with but the third was smarter. Over the course of the week we ended up having nine mice in the place. I was satisfied with the way it was handled at the office by way of making partial refund available to compensate for the trouble. The maintainence man did bring two glue traps which caught nothing and when we checked in we noticed there were ultrasonic mice deterents plugged into the walls. The office said that they had not had any problems like that there but with nine trapped I cant believe nobody else has seen them as they were not shy by any means. With three people on the couches and me standing in the area between the living room and kitchen they would routinely come out like they were taunting us or just daring us to try to get them. Again, unit was clean and appearance/furnishings were as I would hope and expect for a beach condo. No complaints on anything other than suggesting enhanced pest control (I did see what I think was a roach outside my door that was nearly as big as a hampster but that was outside).
The view was amazing every morning watching the sun come up!!

This was our first time in Destin, and will not be our last. We loved this condo perfect views. Loved having our own chairs and umbrellas ready everyday for us. Would love to stay again. Thanks.

Stayed at Windancer May 2009.Excellent location, the condo is a block off of scenic 98.The staff does an excellent job of keeping the grounds neat and clean.The beach service also did a nice job.This is low rise condo that that has convenient parking and easy access to the beach.

This was our first vacation together. We would have to say that this was the most relaxing vacation we could have hoped for. The condo was beautiful and the view was outstanding. The five days we spent there has sparked our desire to move back to Florida, particularly Destin. This is the only way to vacation. I work in the hotel industry, and a hotel room would not have been nearly as nice, we were at home.
