Destin Commons offers the Stroller Strides program every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9 – 10 a.m. This is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body training using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it’s a great workout for any level of exercise. Stroller Strides offers your first trial class for free as well as a variety of price programs to suit your needs.
