Pet Friendly Destin Rentals

• The number of dogs allowed and their weight restriction is specific to the property selected and must be approved in advance of booking. Maximum of two dogs.
  
• A non-refundable pet fee of $150-$300 (plus tax) is required for each stay.
  
• The guest reserving the property and the dog owner are responsible for any and all damages caused by the dog.
  
• Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $1,000 that may be used by Newman-Dailey for damages caused by dogs. However, the card will not be charged unless there are damages to the property or violation of regulations. Guest will be notified of these charges.
  
• Excessive dog hair, dog waste stains, debris/waste left on the property and violation of any of the standards listed here are subject to damage deposit charges. Damage waiver fee does not apply to pet damage. To avoid excess charges please report pet accidents to our office immediately.
  
• Dogs must be crated when left alone inside of property and must not disturb other guests.
  
• Dogs are not permitted on the beach or in the pool area and must be on a leash when outside per county regulations.
  
• Dog owners are responsible for removal of their pets' debris/waste and are subject to city or county fines if not removed.
  
• Dog owner affirms that dog is in good health and does not represent a health hazard to anyone and all vaccinations are current.
