Comfortable beddng, friendly staff
Shower curtain liner had a little mold on it but otherwise the room was clean, and comfortable. Convenient to public beach.

Stay in Destin
We stayed at the Beachside Inn in Destin and it was nice. Really an upscale motel, but the rooms were very nice. They called it a B&B; but all we got was coffee and roll at breakfast - but that was okay too. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. The price was right for January and we enjoyed our stay.
If I could live here I would.
We stayed in 410 D for a Christmas holiday. It is very nice. There were 2 adults and 3 kids who's ages were 22, 10 and 6. Mediterranea is one of the nicest complexes in Destin. It is not crowded, never feel like you have to fight for space at the pool. The condo it self feels like home. It is not the best view of the beach in the complex, but it is still great. A very peaceful place, but close to plenty of all Destin has to offer. Pompano Joe's across the street is delicious, I recommend at least one meal there. The beach is great, of course.
My only complaint is the kitchen is not adequately stocked. I don't expect a gourmet set up, but a stock pot and colander would be nice for boiling shrimp.
This was my second time in 410D and will definitely return. Also Newman Daily has always met my families needs, and I feel like they are the best value.

Sunset House
The owner of this home is always updating which is why this home is one of our most requested vacation properties. 2011 - complete kitchen remodel: new counter tops and appliances as well as new bedding and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms. 2012 - master bathroom being completely remodeled and a new 50" flat screen television and BluRay player being added to the living room. Great place and location
Yeah, they take pets! The price is right, the place is better than clean, looks new, well kept and the staff (Jessica) was very helpful and friendly. We will definitly come back and refer people. The location is right across the street to the beach. And Jessica refered us to Camille's, right on the property and a very good restaurant. Try the sushi!

This was by far the nicest beach condo we've seen to date, and we've spent a lot of time on the beaches. It is very tastefully decorated, and well kept. Staying here will very likely become an annual trip for our family.

We had a nice time at the beach for Christmas vacation. The rental was clean and had plenty of space for my husband and myself along with two older teenagers. This a top floor unit and the view of the gulf is wonderful. We sat out on the balcony every day watching the water, birds, and dolphins. The weather was warm. It was nice to be able to wear shorts and tee-shirts in December. Overall we enjoyed the area and would recommend this condo for people who want to get away from the commercialism of the Destin area.

White Gable
We love the two houses, the swimming pool, and the proximity to the beach.
Fantastic place the view is breathtaking
Sylvia was an excellent host. We thought the condo was very
nice and homie. We stayed with our two daughters and their
husbands. You had lots of privacy the way it is setup.
We all were very satisfied with our stay. The only problem
was it came to and end and we had to go back to reality.
It truly is a beautiful view of all God's wonderful creation. I would recommend it to anyone and I plan on going
back again.
Perfection
Newman-Dailey always provides excellant service, which is why we are repeat customers. Stairway to Hammock Heaven is our favorite vacation house so far (this was our third trip to Destin) and we hope to return there frequently. The house had everything we needed, the patio and pool were fantastic, the balconies and (of course) the hammocks added alot of character and fun, and the location (proximity to beach and restaurants/shopping) could not have been better. It truly was a perfect week, made better by the perfect house!

Precious unit, lots of space, great location. We loved it!
Hoping for stress free Christmas but not quite.
We enjoyed our stay at Csc5. However it was not completly enjoyable as we had hoped. Upon our check in after unloading and unpacking it was cool inside so we turned the heat on to warm the rooms. We then encountered the worst smell of rotten dead animal smell that even your Maintenance person could not stand. He put a spray into the units furnace area which did not last long at all. We went and bought deoderizers at our expense to place on the stair cases to take care of the smell which did finally go away after 2 days.
When then found out that the X-Box which was listed on your web site and a very important part of our two teenage boys vacation did not work. Your staff told us there was nothing they could do to get us a working one as you all do not have back ups on electronics. Like I said, we choose this unit for several reasons and one of those being the 50' flat screen tv and the x-box for the boys. And as our stay for the week was mostly rain it was a very bad inconvience for us and the boys to not have this working or replaced. I feel if you are going to advertise it in your ads then it should be working or replaced if not.
Lastly we got up the second day and water was running through the cieling from upstairs to the main level onto the kitchen table. We could not take showers for the day as it was repaired. There were no other units available to us to fit our needs also. I am disabled and stairs are not an easy task. Nothing major but for the price we paid and the inconvience of those mentioned it was somewhat stressful. We did love the location and the cleanliness of the unit and it's location to everything.

We love staying here. The unit had almost everything you needed. Plenty of books and board games for those rare rainy days. there were a few things that could be fixed. Ie the closets were full of stuff so it was hard to store our clothes, also the showerdoor needs some help but none of that made our stay any less wonderful. Thanks for opening your home to us!!!

Nice, clean, quiet and private resort. This is the perfect location for shopping and eating, everything is very close.
The very best of Destin.
This was our secound visit to the Hudson house both times were during Christmas, we where a late arrival and Newman-Dailey made check-in easy. This home is only 3 bedrooms and is a little older but is very cozi. The location is secound to none, wake up in the mornings and and sit on the back porch and soak up the ocean veiw is awsome.
Loved this Condo
This condo was wonderful. Newman Daily not so much. Reported ceiling fan not working on first day and not repaired all week. Went to Walmart and bought box fan. If I was the owners I would be upset. Has great views and wonderfully decorated. Felt right at home.

Seamist 6
We were switched to the Seamist 6 because of renovations to our first choice of the Seawinds. Although there is a no pets policy, my daughter, who is allerigic to cats, is convinced that cats had occupied the townhouse recently. She broke out within 30 minutes of arrival. The occupants of the garage bedroom also remarked that their room smelled of animals. The outdoor grill is so rusted out that it is a safety hazard and needs to be removed before anyone tries to use it. The second floor patio door lock is broken and the door can only be secured using a PVC pipe. The carpets are stained and it is obvious the owners are letting this place slide,
On the positive side, you can't beat the location, the decks and the views. However, we can get those at the Seawinds with better accomodations.

This is not my first stay at the Beachside Inn and it continues to live up to my high expectations. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and the price was great for the location. Speaking of, you can't ask for a better location!
Great as always
We always have the best a summer breeze unit 104, this year it was good but it needs some updates. bed mattres, bunk beds and couch. we have been staying at summer breeze about 15 years, most of the time it is unit 104. we like it for the grand kids and the pool.just right out the door, can always see the kids.everything about it is very convent for us, we are retired now, and like for things to be close by. we just love and can't wait to get back. thank you very much Newman Daily for the good times for us and our family. A Great Time at Seven Palms

Seven Palms
We stayed at Seven Palms for the month of November and we couldn't ask for anything better. The weather was great and the house was even better. We have stayed at various houses in this subdivision over the last 10 years and the Seven Palms house would have to be on the top on my list. The house has been updated and had everything that my wife and grandkids needed to enjoy our stay...
Excellent weather and facilities were well equipt and family fri
The condo was in excellent location with easy access to beaches. It was the best equipped condo that we stayed in at Beach Resort. It was clean - however, the carpet was not the cleanest. If we were to stay for a month or two we would like it to be cleaned. I know that you receive a lot of traffic and it is difficult to attend to everything. Overall, it was a great condo.
Great location at a great price!
We have driven by this hotel many times over the years when renting a condo on old scenic 98 (which is the only street that we want to stay while in Destin). This trip was only a couple of days in Destin so we decided to go with a hotel and remembered this cute place. The room was very large with a nice bathroom and very, very clean. The service was great and the location can not be beat. For short stays in town we will always stay at this hotel.
Br407 was excellent as it always is.
This is the 3rd year we have stayed for a week at Br407 and it was great. The location could not be better, jsut across the road from the beach. We had breakfast on the deck and watched the waves and occasionally the sun come up. You are very close to shopping and dining. This is a very comfortable condo and we will stay again as soon as possible. Did I mention the off season rates!

Our month at Jade East in J0630 was so fabulous. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and decorated very very nicely.

The Sun Rise and Sun Sets are Heavenly. The beach walking very renewing. Wish I could stay much longer!

We rented for Thanksgiving week. The weather was excellent and even though it was too cold to use the community pool, we were at the beach every day. There is a great beachfront restaurant at the end of the street. The house is in great condition and clean. We were able to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner with lots of available dishware and cookware. Had a problem with the cable connection but the service was repaired promptly.

I really did love this condo - it was in a great location, fantastic 180 views, and just around the corner from the grocery store. Nicely furnished, and had everything I needed. While I would definitely consider leasing this property again, I do have a couple of suggestions. I had to purchase two beach chairs and an umbrella because they were not provided. This set me back about $80.00. There were no throw rugs on any of the hardwood floors. The screen door off of the living room was off of its track because it was broken. Also, it would be nice to have the windows cleaned. They were filmy from the salt air and I had to clean the windows myself so that the view was more pleasant. Overall, these were all just minor things ... it was a very nice property and I definitely would not let any of these issues prevent me from leasing again (with the exception of providing some beach items).
Beach walking and sitting, golf, seafood, shopping, new friends
We happen to think Destin is one of the premier places in the U.S. if not the world. There is one that presses very
close for us, Bar Harbor, me, but Destin is the return to
place every year.
Our Stay in Destin
Our family met in Destin (coming from the New Orleans and atlanta areas). We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at the beach. Your condo was perfect for us and the weather (and, of course, the food) could not have been better! Thanks!
Great view, uncomfortable furniture
Rental company is great. Excellent housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. Overall the space is spacious and nicely designed. Beautiful views that are worth the rental for some. But major furniture I used was uncomfortable. Main sofa needs replacing and is lumpy. Mattress in Master bedroom is uncomfortable. Carpet is very old and stained and needs replacing. So I would not rent this again just because of the furniture.
Cool Breeze
I really enjoyed staying in Summer Breeze. I prefer the smaller complexes and first floor access from car is just a few feet from front door. Very clean complex and unit. Location is perfect just across from the beach and everything you need is close-by. I would definitely stay in this unit again and again. Kudos.
Needed painting
The location was great. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the condo appeared to be in the midst of renovation. It looked like some attempts at updating the space had been made, with new appliances in the kitchen and a nice living room. If they continue to complete the updates, the condo will be nice.
The stay was nice, but the pool was diappointing
We went down over the Thanksgiving holiday. The proximity to the beach was good and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a great size and we enjoyed using the grill. The factor that brought the whole experience down was the pool. We paid for it to be heated and it wasn't when we showed up. We called the office and they sent some one over to fix it. The heat was turned on, and then for some reason, around 4:30 in the afternoon it went off. The next day we called again to get the heat fixed in the pool. The guy showed up, didn't have what he needed so he left and never came back. While everything else was nice, the fact that we didn't have a heated pool at night was a real let down for the family considering we chose the house beacause of its heated pool.

Quiet and convenient
Room was clean, plenty of linens. We were on the second floor, but there is an elevator. Could use more counter space near the microwave/refrigerator. Refrigerator very small, but adequate for 3 days. Movie library in rental office was meager.
Close to the main east and west roads, close to the beach, cafe and restaurant are adjacent to the rooms. Nice sidewalks and plenty of areas to walk the dog.
Great House & Service
This house was great. The house is just across the street from the beach, making it a very quick walk to the beach. There are lots of windows in the house, so it feels very open and well-lit.
The thing that was great was the service. The morning we were supposed to check in, I got a phone call & email stating that the pool heater was broken. I was frustrated that they had waited till the day of check-in to let me know, but they definitely made it right.
They kept my informed about the progress of the repairs and got it repaired even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. They also gave me a small discount for being inconvenienced.
There was another small maintenance issue with the house and they fixed it immediately.
Everyone makes mistakes and rental homes are rarely perfect. Newman-Dailey was great in acknowledging their errors and making it right without giving me the run around or a bunch of excuses.
I'll definitely use them again when I'm in Destin.
Unexpected room condition
First let me say I have stayed at this property several times. So, I was very surprised to find a considerable amount of some type of debris on the floor. As I was a late check-in, there wasn't much to be done the night of my stay. This won't stop me from staying at the resort again as it is a very comfortable and convenient property. I feel certain this was an unusual and isolated incident as I have never encountered anything like it before.

My family and I loved it. Over looking the beach was a an added plus. The location was excellent for the family and I. We had a blast at in the pool and hot tub. Can not wait to afford do do it again. Everything was at our finger tips in the kitchen. Looking forward to exploring again. Thank you in advance.
Family Reunion in the Pineapple House
Wow! The Newman-Dailey staff is awesome. Very responsive, friendly and people orientated. I know our staff would be wonderful after spending 10 mintues in the check-in office and it was! The property was just what we needed, well maintained, clean and quiet. The letter that came a week later thanking us for staying with them was just the icing on the cake!If you are staying in Destin, definitly use Newman-Dailey!
Thanksgiving on the beach
House was great. Just steps from the beach and we loved that. Ample room for all 5 of us. Only complaint has to do with cosmetic problems like blinds that were broken and falling down and some apparent earlier water damage to the ceiling.

Greathouse and great location the only thing to criticize with the home is with the small TV in the living room and it could be very busy with traffic during the summer as it was on a busy road
A little cramped but a great stay with a great location.
I think this is the Sunkissed Cottage we stayed in. The facilities were good and the location was great. Our family traditionally gets together at Destin over Thanksgiving. We all enjoy seeing each other, eating in and going out. Our walks on the beach were very good and we were able to go wading. Some of us - especially the kids - actually went in swimming.

We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach, which was a first for our family. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic! We had rented from Newman-Dailey before and, as always, were extremely pleased with their service and friendliness. The unit we rented was gorgeous and a perfect layout for us; (our grandsons loved the bunk room.) The beach was beautiful, and the large heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
Thanksgiving Week Getaway!!
The Dolphin Cottage unit, it's just what we needed. Clean, colorful, comfortable, cozy, accessible. The Newman Dailey staff is very professional and friendly. The check in system is very easy and painless. I will come back to this same unit during the spring 2012, God willing. It would be wonderful if they keep the price the same. If they did, I will book it today!!

It was nice staying at BlueSurf. We would love to stay again in BlueSurf. It has all amenities in the unit and Located right next to beautiful beach.
The time of our lives!
We were in Destin for the wedding of one of our three daughters. Family, a few close friends, and an absolutely gorgeous beach made for a trip to remember. The home was a perfect fit for our small family. The bride walked out of the house onto green grass and then onto the beach for a sunset wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better location. One word to describe the trip: perfect!!
House is nice but owners need to update
We had a few things go wrong (a/c, pest and pool heating) and the staff was very quick to resolve each issue.
A bit too loud for me.
The room was very pretty, but as far as privacy goes, the "curtains" didn't cover the entire window. This is scary when you're a single girl with a dog that is in demand. I did not leave my dog there because she couldn't stay in the room privately due to insufficient window coverage.
Speaking of privacy, I slept worse in that room than any other three hotels this month due to noise level (even after 11pm).
To finish up, I was dissapointed in the cleanliness. At first glance, it looked perfect, but, someone like me who notices everything, started to see some impurities. The bathroom floor had dog hair on it prior to my dog entering. The sheets, under the cover-between the fitted sheet and loose sheet, was filled with sand. When I mentioned it to the Saturday front desk woman she explained the comforter had no been shook out well enough. This insulted my intelligence, although I never let on my complete unhappiness. Plus, aren't hotels supposed to switch out and launder the comforters?
I actually felt dirty leaving the hotel.

It is unfortunate that I did not learn of your discomfort and fear until I read your review. I would have most certainly addressed your issues. I have checked the draperies in room 210 and they do sit a little above the window ledge. They have since been lowered accordingly. No light can be seen from the outside. There has never been a safety issue at our Inn as we are located in a family friendly neighborhood. I am so sorry that you were in fear. Again, if you had brought your concerns to me or any other staff member, we would have gladly moved you to another room at any time of the day or night. We hold our cleaning staff to high standards and your comments were addressed to be assured that our rooms are spotless upon the arrival of our guests. I hope that your unpleasant experience will not deter you from visiting us again. The Beachside Inn team and I guarantee your next visit will be above and beyond your expectations.

I have visited Destin several times and have always thought that the Cyboney complex was not that impressive. However, I booked this condo based on the pictures and the reviews on the Newman Dailey website. It turned out to be one of the better experiences we have ever had in Destin. The two bedroom condo is spacious. It was very clean and well equipped with cooking utensils. The balcony was great and the views were fantasic from the living room balcony and master bedroom balcony (same balcony, different entrances). The building itself is on a slant so it provides the perfect view to where you are looking directly at the Gulf and the beautiful sunsets. Please note, it is on the 4th floor and the 2nd condo from the road. There is only one elevator in the middle of the complex so we found the stairs more convenient. For the money, this was a great place to stay. We could not have asked for more and would no hesitation in recommending this condo. We would only suggest that they put a small table on the balcony so that families can eat or gather. There are chairs, but no dining type table.

Everything at the condo worked out well. The couches were a little worn and had little support. I did not pull out the bed but assume it would have been an uncomfortable sleep if I had more guests. Excellent location and facilities well kept. I did have to go to dollar store and buy Kleenex, paper towels a scrub pad and hand soap. A non stick frying pan would have been nice also.

Pelican Perch
We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Perch. Great location - the outdoor area with the grill was a great place to hang out. The only issue was that the kitchen could use a few more basic utensils to help with the cooking. Overall, a great place.

Perfect destination for a family reunion!
From booking, to checking in, to the fabulous daily beach chair/umbrella setup we were treated in a first class manner. Martinique is a large, comfortable house with lots of room for all ages. We cooked great meals in the well equipped kitchen. We loved the beach just being a few steps away and having a pool to enjoy as well. Our family will be booking again for next summer and we can't wait to come back!
Fabulous!
Me and my family had an amazing stay. There is not one negative thing we can say about our vacation this summer. The condo was clean and exactly what we needed. It was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents. We could gather in the living room and kitchen area or retreat to our individual bedrooms for quiet time. I loved being on the first floor and walking out the back to the beach where out complimentary chairs and umbrella were waiting.

The home was wonderful. We had plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect as all of family enjoyed the beach and the amenities were perfect. They had the umbrellas sat up before our family was ready to use them. We had no problems. Checking in and out was minimal time. We all came from TX, MO, and TN for family vacation. Better than I imagined
I wasn't sure when I made the reservation what this place looked like. I was a little scared but ended up very impressed. We were moving and we needed a pet friendly place. It was so much nicer than I imagined and right across from the beach. The only downfall was that it was a little pricey.

Outstanding!
The condo was a real home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice televisions in bedrooms and living area,kitchen was well appointed with all items needed to cook and serve a meal. Even the tableware was plentiful and cute. The unit has a nice balcony with a view that looks out on the lovely blue green water and white sand. There is a table on the balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. This unit is located in a quiet complex with an elevator for reaching the unit easily. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs in the pool area for enjoying the sun and reading a book. I especially loved the umbrella service. No worrying about dragging and setting up chairs and umbrellas, it is done for you. At the end of the day you grab your belongings and leave sandy chairs and bulky umbrella to the wonderful staff to put away for the day. There are many good places to eat near this condo and the beach is great for early morning and evening walks. We enjoyed our stay in June so much that we returned in October! If you want a nice place right on the beach with a friendly staff and many free activities offered by Newman-Daily this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the discount dauphin cruise and free movie rentals. People who play golf would love the free and discounted rates that are offered. I must say that Newman-Daily took care of everything from hassle free booking to excellent directions. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Best Vacation Ever!
We can't even begin to express how happy we wre with our condominium. The view was incredible... so relaxing to have coffee in the morning while watching the ocean or watch the most stunning sunsets from our balcony. Crystal View Condominuims are extremely spacious, comfortable and just yards away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Kelli Hudson helped with our stay from beginning to end, making sure she explained all the amenities we were entitled to during our stay with Newman-Dailey. She is friendly, professional and the reason our stay was so enjoyable. We are hoping to return next year!

Windancer 212
I always love staying at the windancer 212. The view of the sunrise and incredible sunset is beyond belief. I would love to own a condo at this establishment. The location is walking distance to grocery store, as well as outlet mall. The perfect vacation or getaway guaranteed everytime.

We will not stay on the 3rd floor and climb 32 steps in 100 degree temp anymore. This just worn us out for my husband and me both are 64 years old.We did enjoy the view of the Gulf. We would like to come back some day.
A great time was had by all!
The suite was first-class. We enjoyed evenings viewing the ocean. The eating establishments were excellent and varied. The weather was co-operative. Shopping was plentiful and the golf was exceptional. The amenity service was superb! We would definitly rent again !
Peaceful and comfortable
We really enjoyed staying at Dolco. The perfect size house for all 9 of us with 1 bunk to spare. Extremely clean and comfortable. One of the queen size beds is a little stiff. The backyard is beautiful, private and so relaxing. An easy walk to the beach. Grocery shopping and the mall is literally a couple minutes away. A very convenient location. We appreciated the coupons that come with the rental. Free golf and kids loved the go carting and rides. I would recommend this to a friend and we will definitely be coming back.

I truly enjoyed the property and do hope to return to it. The only inconvenience was a very annoying dryer noise that I did not turn in until the end of my stay since I did not want to be inconvenienced with maintenance while there. The staff was very friendly during check-in and I'm sure would have corrected it immediately had I requested it. The location was perfect with a pool outside the back door and the beach only a few minutes walking distance. Absolutely recommend it!

This was my family and I's first time to Destin ever and (obviously) our first time to stay with one of Newman Dailey's rentals. Once we found our place (it is on the ocean front and it was dark outside) we were very impressed. The Cabana Club 305 was very very roomy. The bedroom had all the amentities and the large bathroom with an extra sink and toilet made all the difference. We weren't the typical family renting. My husband and I brought our (then) two year-old and 9 month old. We ended up giving the bedroom to our two year-old and our 9 month old slept in a play yard in one of the half-bathrooms. My husband and I slept on the hidabed in the couch. Other than the lack of comfort for our bed, the place was fully furnished and clean. The washer and dryer worked great -- we did laundry every day. The grills worked great as well -- we saved money by grilling during the week we were there. The view was gorgeous and on a few occasions with a baby monitor in hand, left our girls in the room (during nap time) so we could enjoy a few minutes of solitude on the beach!
This getaway was perfect for us after experiencing the tornado back in May! We will be back!

The check in was so easy, just picked up the key card and never had to go back. The home was clean and tastefully decorated and was well equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located just steps from the beach. There was a bar and grill across the street that we could walk right into when we didn't want to drive or cook. My best friend and I took our kids for a week. We enjoyed just relaxing by the beach while the kids boogie boarded by day and hunted crabs at night. They made a lot of friends and never wanted to come in. We also enjoyed the outlet shopping nearby.(the kids did not, they did not want to leave the house!).

Mainsail 141
This was our 2nd annual Girl's Beach Get away and we had a phenomenal time! The condo is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. Thanks Greg for making this trip possible :)
Very nice!
There were 2 adults and 2 children staying in this unit. The bedroom was a good size with a king size bed and flat panel TV. The children slept on the pull out couch in the living area without complaint. The unit was very clean and I loved the fact that the washer and dryer were in the room. It is a ground floor unit with easy parking and access to the beach.

I loved it! It was very relaxing, clean, beautiful, & comfy! A wonderful place to stay. The pool area was awesome, we felt like we were in our own little private tropical paradise. The sushi bar at the restaurant is great too. Super friendly staff!

We have been coming to Florida for the past 10 years. For the most part we have stayed at the Blue Surf. Although the unit could use a few updates, it is very comfortable and the balcony is fantastic! So nice to just be able to walk across the street and you are at the beach for the day and can to eat at Pompano Joes in the evening. We will be back in September again!
The best summer vacation place to stay
That was the best summer vacation I've been never had.The location was convenience. And beach service was nice. The room was very comfortable. especially the master shower room was pretty big.I well go back again.

This is the perfect place to stay for small families. The price is good for a place that looks freshly remodeled. Not for people who can't handle stairs. I would love to stay here again because across from a good public beach and is right down the road from the best seafood on the beach, Capt. Daves.

The service was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. Everyone of the employees were so nice and helpful.We really liked the home and loved the 15th floor. The nice patio furniture was just wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins. Most of our days were spent at the beach and we plan to come again soon.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin primarily because of this condo. We felt at home for our entire duration and enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the beach (and the sights as well).
Wondeful vacation spot
We have been visiting the Summer Breeze condos about 9 years now. We have made it a tradition over the years, along with our good friends and their family! We love that it is an intimate setting. In the evenings we love to bar-b-que while the kids play in the pool and the views are amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Checkin was a horrible , stay was great.
We have been vacationing with Newman-Dailey for the past 20 years. We love the location of the condo and the beach service included and have stayed in the unit for the past few years. This trip was the first time we had a horrible experience with checkin. The unit was not ready when we arrive and we could not check in until later in the evening. We also has problems making our reservations since the website does not reflect minimun stays during holiday periods so we had to change our vacation dates.

This is not the first time we've stayed in 401 and it won't be the last, hope, hope, hope.

Feelin' Lucky
Location was fantastic fight across from the beach. Amenities were wonderful including the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. We had my wife's 3 sisters and brother along with all the spouses so having a home with 5BR with Queen or King was perfect. The gathering room and dining room were both spacious and accomated all of us and being adjacent to the kitchen was great along with the openess of the entire area. The balcony areas were also great. The clubhouse access was limited in that you could not use the gym except during the hours it was open and that was limited and did not open until 9am - being a morning person this just was the one downside as no one wanted to go work out in the middle of the day.
Best Vacation Stay I've ever had!
This was wonderful! I had never been to Florida & this was our 1st real vacation/honeymoon since we married in Feb 2008. The room was super clean, well kept - it looked brand new ( much more modern in decor than the pictures on the website show)-loved the hugh shower, the grounds were nicely kept also & right across the street was the sand & ocean. We enjoyed the ocean breeze in the evening from the patio. My husband took advantage of the golf packages & I enjoyed "Me Time" sunning on the beach! We will definitely make this a yearly trip!

Hidden Treasure
This was our first trip to Destin and we loved the house. Everything in the house was great. We had a big group, and the open kitchen and living area was a plus. We also enjoyed being right beside the pool. Even though the houses are close together, it still feels very private. The beach is within walking distance and there is also a cart that runs you to and from the beach.

The location and time of year was excellent! Not much traffic in Destin and subdivision was very quiet and peaceful. Next time I will find a home with a heated pool. Amenities were great especially the golf.
Great Property!!
This was our first time in Destin, and we absolutely loved it. The property was located very close to the beach, and our family of 7 fit in there very comfortably. Great property, I would recommend it to any family wanting to come to Destin.

We were very pleased with this unit. The decor was very nice and plush. . It was very clean and we loved the layout. My 8 year old loved the fact that he could choose bunkbeds or a regular bed both with tv in room. The view was great and the beach access was so convenient. We would love to come back and would recommend it to friends. We watched the sunset everynight! The Newman-Dailey staff was so helpful in making the reservations and helping to plan activities. We liked being away from all the hi rise condos . This was out from everything big but had enough stuff close to drive to.

The view of the Gulf is unmatched! The ease of entry and departure to Hwy 98 is a plus, also easy access to major shopping and eating outlets!!! Scenic 98 West also offers a great walking/bike path. Highly recommended.
Average
The unit overall is an average with old furnitures and clogged toilet. It was on the weekend so I could not find help from the office.
The suite is not fit the price that we paid. I hope the owner needs to fix the unit problem and upgrade to the level that fit for price renting.

This was my family's first trip to Destin and we would definitely stay at this resort again. The location was great and everything we needed was just a short drive away. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and everything was very clean. Having the beach across the street and the pool in the back was the perfect combination. The staff was very helpful and super nice. Highly recommended! A+++!!

Our annual fall girls trip this year was to Miramar Beach. The house was great, right on the beach and so convenient to everything. It was so nice to hear the ocean right outside your door and be able to walk on an almost desolate beach early morning. We will be back next year. Thanks for a great week!!!
