Our daughter and her fiance wanted a beach wedding. Booking "Remember When" was the answer to prayer as we planned their special day. The house is beautiful and elegant. It is not "beachy". It provided the perfect place for the families and attendants to stay. We were able to have a lovely reception complete with a D.J. and dance floor. The house had a great access to the beach for the wedding which was picture perfect. Had the sun not smiled on their spaecial day, the house was a beautiful back up plan and would have provided a picture perfect setting for an "indoor beach wedding". We have wonderful pictures and memories from "Remember When".

The location and the home were very nice. The home was spacious, and the rooms were great for a large family. The kitchen was very convenient. The beach was great and the pool was nice. The location in terms of things to do and shopping was outstanding. The only issues we had were the dishwasher gasket leaked so when we ran the dishwasher we had to mop up a significant amount of water, the gas grill grates were very rusty so we coul dnot use it, the sound system did not work upstairs, and the tv downstairs did not work very well. Those were minor annoyances though as we thouroughly enjoyed the home and the beach.

We have rented numerous houses from Newman Dailey over the past 15 years and all have been a great experience. This house was extremely well furnished, roomy common areas and ample sleeping accommadations, not to mention great location. We will definitely rent this place again!

THE HOME WAS EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS. CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH, VERY SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE BEDS, JUST TOTALLY AMAZING FOR THE COST. OUT OF ALL THE HOMES WE EVER RENTED THIS ONE WAS THE BEST.

Our whole family spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. My husband, our three sons and their wives, two grandchildren and an old friend of the family and his wife shared this gorgeous home. The furnishings were absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room and fun for everyone. Best of all it is just across the street from the breath-taking ocean so it is easy to visit anytime of day-or night! We will always remember this vacation.

I felt that this property was clean but not updated. We also had to evacuate b/c of bad weather in our state and we were not able to be reimbursed for the night we did not stay.
