     The rental unit was unclean for our stay. It was as if nothing had been dusted or cleaned since the last rental. It was orderly and appeared nice on first glance, but the tub was dirty, the comforter on the master bed had stains on it, the floors felt like there was a layer of dirt on them. I complained initially, after returning home, to the rental company I went through.
The only reason I didn't check "I don't recommend this home" is because it wasn't the owners fault, it was the management company's fault for not double-checking that it had been cleaned. Plus, it was right across from the beach and we didn't have to stay in it long. My regret is that we would have corrected any issue immediately if we had been made aware. We will contact this guest directly.
