Completely equipped with a mini kitchen and a full size bathroom, you’ll have all the conveniences you need for a really relaxing retreat.

There’s nothing better than lounging in the pool on a hot Florida day and the Pineapple House has access to two of them. One pool is part of the Ocean View community just around the corner, and the other is right outside your door! The Pineapple’s pool deck is fenced with tropical plants and decked with chairs for sunbathing. And there’s even a large grill for a family barbecue.

As part of the Crystal Shores neighborhood, the house enjoys many perks. There are sidewalks to the beach, which is less than a block away, where you’ll find deeded beach access. You’ll always be guaranteed your own little piece of paradise while you’re here. And the house is so close to so many fun things to do too! Apart from all the exciting beach activities like surfing and jet skis, you’ll find malls, restaurants, golf courses, movie theatres... all within a mile’s distance! What a sweet treat!

This home also has a trundle on the twin bed in the kids room if needed, all new flat screen televisions in most of the rooms in the house and now provides WIRELESS INTERNET.

The house was fine in size and amenities but the decor was worn and outdated. The kitchen needs an update and I would have liked to have had less carpet at least on the first floor. It was close to the beach with a quick shortcut between two homes. We really liked the separate suite above the garage. It was great for our teenagers. Enjoyed having a pool available, too.

Our stay at the Pineapple House was great. The house and all of its ammenities were good. It was a very short walk to the beach...which was nice. The kids really enjoyed having the pool too! We had plenty of room in the house. We enjoyed having 2 living areas. This worked out great for the children. The Newman Dailey staff was GREAT from beginning to end. Always very friendly and courteous. The only complaints we have are the small garage and narrow driveway. The curtains on the french doors were a little narrow and thin. We felt like the neighbors could see in our room. Two of our cars were burglarized and several things of value stolen. We later learned that there is a HIGH crime rate in this area for that. A warning of some kind would have been nice. It might of kept this from happening. Other than that happening we had a GREAT vacation and would recommend Newman Dailey to our friends.

The Pineapple House has very ample sleeping space for the 15 that it is advertised for, but the dining room table only seats 6, and the kitchen bar, two, and there is no other table indoors, so we almost had to eat in shifts. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and safely one could cross the highway to the beach. The safety alarm was not working when we arrived (alarm that sounds when the door is opened to the patio where the pool is) and with several small children, we were concerned. The rental agency sent someone promptly who took immediate responsibility for fixing the problem. I was impressed with such service and will be inclined to rent from this agency again. The kitchen is well-equipped. The children's bedroom was great, it allowed all the children in our group to be together. Neighborhood was quiet and very family-friendly.

The house is beautiful. We had a great time. We thought the pool was a little small. We would definite come back again. We have been coming to the Newman-Dailey Resort Properties for the last 10-12 years and have enjoyed every one of them.

Owner has done recent upgrades to this great home. ?New carpet in the main house and in the carraige house new bedding in the kids room instead of just two twins we now have a triple bunk and a twin with trundle. ??This home is great for small or large families and is convenient to everything. ?Very welcoming as the symbol Pineapple represents. ??Amy Turner Property Manger Newman-Dailey Resort Properties

Wow! ?Great house for families! ?We really used the two living areas - one is great for the kids and the other for adults. ?What Beautiful view of the Gulf from almost every balcony. ?The carriage house was perfect for a little extra privacy. ?We loved the pool the beach and having every thing so nearby. ?We will definitely return next year!
